Apartment was spacious and in a good location.

The stairs up to the apartment genuinely need a warning. If you are slightly infirm or older then I am not sure you could stay there. They are very difficult to get luggage up and you need to be very careful going down them. Bathroom cleanliness was only ok.

The bedroom window couldn't be closed, so I told the staff that they didn't come to handle it until 6 am the next morning. There are a lot of stains on the bed, and there is still some leftover bread in the living room cabinet.

The location is perfect to explore, close to everything! The bed was really comfortable!

The shower cabin doesn’t close properly so you end up with water leaking and there is no proper way to clean afterwards.

Nice Quiet location in walking distance to most of the most attractive canals.

great space, close to tram and metro so easy to get into the centre. lovely big windows so a lot of light and it was far bigger than I expected for a studio! plus a bath you can swim in!

When we entered the hotel, we were shocked with rooms being dirty.. pillows and bedsheets had spot seems the covers and bedsheets were not replaced. we observed small insects in the house which we realized only on second day of our stay. The beds were very uncomfortable, especially the single beds in bed room. Also please note the stairs are really dangerous you are coming with kids and any luggage mind that there is no elevator and you have to struggle real hard to take up your luggage. Hotel is not at all as shown in booking.com. it looks like we were cheated. Also please note the location mentioned on booking.com is misleading. The actual appartments are almost 500m far from the location shown on booking.com.

It was just hurrendious

Everything the smell, filthy sofas, bedroom in a closet, broken furniture, lighters and clothes under sofa my kids were to sleep on. The sofa had filthy stains on it, it was disgusting. Staff were helpful and moved us to penthouse but the smell from the showers were awful we could not wash, the sofa was also filthy. It was really upsetting for a family of 6 with young kids. Location is really bad, no name outside, no one in area knew of place it was only a work mam who found it for us. Dragging kids around streets with suitcases and then you have to walk a further 10 mins to check in and then walk back. Worst stay I've ever had. Went to Efteling next day and could finally wash and beautiful apartment.

The penthouse is on the top floor with a lot of harsh to climb stairs, the wifi signal is poor, the sheets wasn't very clean and the water in the shower was really weak. The door handles fall

- The living room and the kitchen are very nice and so is the master bedroom. - Is located 400 mt walk from the metro and in a nice area, with a cafe and pizzeria very close. - House keeping came to collect the pizza box and trash on the same day we asked. Overall also the receptionists are very responsive and try to help. - There is a dishwasher amd a coffee machine with coffee provided.

- The apartment is on the 3rd floor + the ground floor, so 4 floors of very very steep and scary stairs. If you are not used, is very hard to go up, and it was difficult for my parents in their 70s. - Also inside the apartment there are stairs, so those who sleep in the 2 (very small) bedrooms upstairs, need to walk steep stairs to go to the toiley, while those who sleep in the masterbedroom with the toilets on the same floor, need to walk steep stairs to reach living room abd kitchen. - The staircase inside the apartment had 2 broken steps further increasing the risks. Also the masterbedroom's door and the handlr of one sink were broken. We notified the reception of these problems, ans hope they will.fix them soon for the safety of the next guests. - We were 6 guests, and only 3 glasses and 5 cups. Would be good to add more.

Shower was broken door handles fell off meaning someone was stuck in the bedroom as couldn’t let them selves out dirty skirting boards and loads of dead flies on the fireplace
