Rear sliding door very difficult to lock unit very hot on arrival and needed to keep very noisy fan on all night to sleep comfortably-but fan noise made this difficult

the accomodation was great and we got exactly what we wanted and was great value for money.

Good location, short walk to Eely point for swimming and about 20min walk to main town area. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Nice BBQ area.

Thin walls meant noisy neighbours made for noisy evenings and noisy early mornings

The unit was surprisingly spacious, and an interesting shape. We liked the host - she was friendly and helpful. we enjoyed having a cup of tea at the outside table in the sunshine.

We didn't notice that the TV cords were behind the curtain and thought that the TV was not working. it would have been a help if the host had shown us that. Otherwise we were really happy with our stay.

The bathroom was clean.

Our unit wasn't serviced daily. Linen can be newer and higher quality. I put my snow gear in a dry room, but the heat and dehumidifier were switched off in the middle of the night. Lots of noise from adjacent units.

The receptionist/owner was friendly.

Two bed apartment was overpriced and disappointing - for $300 we expected much better. The fittings were tired (bathroom door badly chipped), no cooking facilities to speak of except a battered hotplate in the cupboard. No separate door in the door space to the toilet. Water temperature seems to be turned down low so pressure is bad in shower and impossible to run a bath with hot water. The wifi would not work on any of our 4 devices as the security certificate was not accepted.

Great space for a family of 5. The manager was very friendly and made us feel really welcome.

The drive was pebbles which made it a little hard to drive on but nothing major

It was clean and tidy and good sized rooms. Staff were very friendly and upgraded us to which was very kind of then.
