La colazione, tantissima scelta sia dolce che salata. La migliore colazione che abbiamo trovato nei posti in cui siamo stati in Tailandia. La piscina sulla spiaggia è molto carina e pulita, ma affrettatevi a prendere posto la mattina. Le persone occupano i posti con gli asciugamani e poi non si sa dove vadano. La camera era molto bella. Abbiamo preso la villa con giardino e con piacere ci hanno informato di aver fatto un upgrade alla nostra prenotazione e di averci spostato in una posizione attaccata alla spiaggia. Buonissimo cocktail di benvenuto. Ci è piaciuta la serata Thai (la fanno il martedì).

Il desk escursioni non è il massimo: avevamo prenotato un’escursione alle Phi Phi con la compagnia Rottana perché aveva una certa tipologia di barca (bella e comoda). Una volta giunti al porto ci siamo trovati ammassati in una speedy boat. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla compagnia dell’ escursione e ci hanno detto che non avevano raggiunto il numero minimo per la tipologia di barca da noi prenotata e che avevano avvisato l’hotel. Chiaramente l’hotel non ci ha detto niente e non ci ha chiesto se potesse andare bene comunque. Il telefono in camera non funzionava. Non c’è una lampadina in bagno quindi se vi fate la doccia dopo il tramonto siete completamente al buio. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava benissimo.

Das Deluxe -Zimmer war entweder an der Straße, oder nach dem Umzug etwas klein für 13 Nächte, der Aussenbereich hat das überwiegend ausgeglichen.

Emplacement de qualité, à proximité de la plage et du centre ville à pieds ! L’hôtel offre de belles prestations : piscine privée, restaurant, bar, massage, salle de sport etc Le personnel est serviable et très accueillant !

Sehr schönes Hotel an super Lage. Das Frühstück war perfekt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels am Strand. Wir haben auswärts sehr gut und günstig gegessen.

Zimmer wurde erst um 17 Uhr geputzt, da wollten wir uns gerade fürs Abend essen fertig machen ( ca 30min gewartet am pool) 135€/Nacht ist schon sehr teuer. Am anderen Orten waren es ca. 80-90€/Nacht mit gleicher Qualität.

4 stars for local standard resort in Thailand which connects to the long beach with stunning sunset spot. Highlights are the swimming pool closed to the beach, large room and convenience to Phi Phi & Koh Haa.

The service for example golf cart, staffs may not as fast as international chain hotel. Breakfast is decent with choices of Thai & American breakfast.

The resort is big! You can book a massage at their Spa located on the resort. Which is quite expensive but good. The pool is great with a very nice view on the sea. The villa is very spacious and has a very comfy bed, finally a bit softer bed than the other hotels have. Breakfast is okay, nothing really special. There is a travel agent in the lobby everyday where you can book every kind of trip or scooter. This was really great and they pick you up at the enterende of the hotel.

The shower was not that good, it was not really powerful.

Beautiful garden area, nice pool just by the beach, excellent breakfast, good gym and garden villa was superb. Also have to give 5/5 for the staff who were so friendly and helping us with the bookings etc.

Water filter would be nice, so no need to buy plastic water bottles on daily basis. The area would also need a bit of renevation from here and there - especially the tiling near the pool area.

Hotel is very big and spacious, rooms are very nice, everything works as it should. Breakfast is ok, you can easily find something for yourself even if you have a lot of limitations

There is some renovation on so it was a bit abandoned and it was a bit weird feeling.

An extra bed that was in our bedroom took up a lot of space, making it feel fairly small. Our private pool could have been a bit cleaner but was OK.

An amazing hotel. great service and kind staff, the breakfast buffet is very diverse relatively to hotels in Thailand and the food is excellent. moreover the beach restaurant of the hotel simply has amazing food, pricey but worth every penny. we also rented a scooter from the hotel- an agency that works with them. quite simple but be advised, no insurance(they let you know this before you rent) so drive safe.

Wonderful resort, very green. It has three swimming pools and the location, right in front of the beach, is the most valuable part. The rooms are cozy, the beds are huge and comfortable. As many toiletries and accessories as you can possibly need. The breakfast included needs special mention: the richest and tastiest I had in years. The staff will always try to provide the best service and everyone will salute you with a big smile.

The shower is the worst part of it all. From a 4 star resort, I was expecting an amazing shower. It was spacious, but very basic. Also the temperature of the water was constantly shifting from hot to cold, making the experience very unpleasant. The bar at the beach is wonderful but very pricey for the average. The WiFi, at least in our room, was basically useless. To download 300MB of data it would take hours. In the communal areas, it would work fine. In general it was a nice stay, but I am not expecting this sort of problems in a 4 star resort.

A lot of waiters doesn't speak english. Some of them doesnt know how to smile, however there are also nice and smiling stafrf.

We ordered deluxe double room, according information in Booking.com system it had to be 70 m2 with living area. In reality we got 18 m2 room , no living area , room was so small , that was not option to open luggage. We calculated room size together with bathroom, terrace and corridor and size was only 53 m2., There is no advantage to get customers using mis information. At the end of the day both customer and host remains unhappy. Advice - if You have only 2 such type rooms available show that at Booking.com system , don’t try to catch customer using misleading information.

Quiet with no screaming kids. Stunning grounds. Lovely friendly staff. Great spa. Very good breakfasts. Had a private pool room and loved cooling off in the plunge pool.

Found the air conditioning too strong. Lowest fan setting was very high. Could be greener with glass instead of plastic bottles. But management was open to this.

I think the resort is ok, but what i liked most was the location, a bit away from the “main” part of the beach.

It’s a bit depersonalized, the staff shows any interest in you only when you check-in, then basically no contact with the personnel. it would be a good thing if one had some kind of proper information about the hotel. instead while checking in they show you briefly a map of the resort (you don’t get one and there is no available in a room), so on the first day you feel a bit lost. breakfast is average, every day mostly this same with slight variations. rooms are ok but not great. i booked a beachfront villa and I regret it, it was the most expensive option and the worst I guess. Villas are tightly packed, a little privacy and not that much space. The sunbeds on the porch of villa are extremely uncomfortable, the aircon very noisy and blowing very fiercely straight into the bed. The level of services provided doesn’t exactly match the price of the hotel, I would expect more. while checking out the staff didn’t even bothered to ask if i need a taxi or someone to help me with the luggage. honestly very average experience.

The location right on the beach was perfect and really easy to get into Saladan by Tuk Tuk for the pretty little night market and a few lovely spots to eat and drink. The accommodation and the gardens were great. We did have to change rooms though. The room we paid for (deluxe double) looked nothing like the room we were given, much smaller, in fact. We were given a free upgrade to a garden villa which was excellent. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

The service and the food in the restaurant was a little hit and miss and also overpriced.

Lovely hotel right on the beach, staff were great and always happy to help. The rooms were very nice, comfy big bed and nice decor.

General age of visitors was on the mature side, which may be something to consider for younger travellers. The music poolside wasn’t great, and food at the hotel’s own restaurant a little bland. But plenty of other food options nearby. Non-smokers may want to request a non-smoking room as we had to swap rooms due to smoke coming through the bathroom vent.

Beautiful resort on the beach. Hotel upgraded us with no extra charge to the private pool villa which was great. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choises. Hotel has an infinity pool with sea view. Just outside hotel entrance is a laundry service and travel agency where you can also rent a scooter with reasonable price.

House keeping was very late some days. Rooms were not be cleaned until 4 pm. Maybe there is a lack of personnel? Beach bar staff was not willing to serve us. It looked like they were more interested in to discuss with each others than to serve customers.

The communication before arrival was excellent. We were arriving late at night and they helped to make everything go smoothly with someone meeting us at the airport (for cost) but worth it. When we arrived they had upgraded us to a villa with a plunge pool which made our trip. The breakfasts were amazing! Played crib by the pool nightly to watch the beautiul sunsets. As the resort was big we did not have a lot of interaction with staff but everyone greeted you with a smile in passing. The location was perfect for us as we like to walk the long sandy beach and only a 20-minute walk to Saladan. We rented a scooter for 2 days. We are in the mid-'60s and felt safe driving the scooter which allowed us to explore the island and Lanta old town which was fun. We stayed 6 nights and could have stayed longer.

As people have mentioned people claim the pool chairs early in the am but this did not bother us as you could usually get a lounger on the beach and we were busy doing other things. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as expensive for Thailand and you could get really nice meals (3 good restaurants across the street or many beach bar/restaurants. Also a short 100 BHAT tuk tuk to Saladan with many restaurants.
