Oltre ad essere posizionata perfettamente al centro di Cannes e vicinissima sia alla stazione che alla fermata del pullman, il personale è super gentile consigliando anche ottimi posti su dove mangiare

The location was perfect for the fair. The staff was friendly and available to help on any request. They also spoke Italian and great English which was a nice addition. The room had a small terrace that was very appreciated.

L'hôtel se trouve juste en face de la gare. Très pratique pour venir et repartir. Il est très bien décoré. Ma chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue mais côté calme. Ce qui n'est pas négligeable pour se reposer. Chambre équipée d'un coin "kitchen" pratique pour se restaurer. Accueil parfait du propriétaire de l'hôtel et le personnel qui s'occupe de l'entretien de l'hôtel est efficace et remarquable car nettoyer tous les jours 3 étages sans ascenseur chapeau !

Il manque l'ascenseur même si c'est pas possible d'en construire un. Manque d'insonorisation qui est aggravé par certaines personnes qui pensent pas aux voisins.

Honestly, this should be higher than a 2 star hotel. Very spacious, comfortable, quiet rooms. You can see the owners took great care in creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space. The location is great, close to good restaurants and the train station and the man shopping street and the beach. I highly recommend it!

This is a fantastic budget option for Cannes. Better than some 3/4 star hotels! Truly you are in a perfect area - so close to station - literally 30seconds - AND 2/3 mins walk to the beach. The cool restaurant vibe is literally round the corner. You have everything on your fingertips. The room was spacious. Nice balconies too. we had 2! Comfy bed. Not too firm, but not soft. I LOVE coffee and the Coffee pods almost like a proper barista coffee. Win! :) I'm a light sleeper so usually I look for reviews about street noise... Well, we were on the street side, and I barely heard a thing... Magical. Rainfall shower powerful and hot! Yes! There are steps for those not easy on their feet, so do note that.. But nothing more than a usual house staircase. Honestly everyone, it's a GEM! You will be so glad you booked it. Especially if you are planning to be out IN beautiful Cannes and not in your hotel room!
