It was clean and modern with car parking and the swimming pool was nice even if the whirlpool was broken. The staff were friendly especially the restaurant staff.

It is more of a business / conference hotel than a leisure stay. It is in an industrial area. There was a meeting taking place on the Saturday which the staff considered a priority over the guests. To the point of telling guests to basically be quiet in the pool during the conference refreshment time. The attendees were very noisy but this to the hotel was ok. On the Saturday night there were older children running up and down the corridor late at night, being loud and kicking doors. Despite complaining 4 times to reception the response from the team was sorry but basically did nothing. There was a good selection for breakfast but too many flies on the uncovered food. It was a celebration stay which I pre notified them of and asked for a nice room. We got a tired room overlooking the car park and no acknowledgement of the celebration which most other hotels do. I would not class as a 4 star hotel but it’s pleasant.

Everything! The room was amazing (#114), the bathroom was big and comfortable, the shower was great! The bed was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was great, good selection of everything, we ate it outside besides the pool. Lovely people willing to help with anything. It has underground parking, which in the heat is very appreciated.

The staff was really nice, super helpful and very professional. Room was spacious. Carbonia is a good base for side trips to the Iglesias area like Porto Flavia (highly recommended). There's an underground parking and a good restaurant directly at the hotel.

Very nice, modern hotel. Nice pool. Nice bar. Bike storage in the laundry room overnight. Nice size room. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast, including non-dairy milk (soya and rice). Special mention for the shower gel and shampoo. Very nice. Hypermarket only 4 mins walk.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The food at the hotel is delicious. Overall very satisfied with the hotel.

My only comment is that the hotel is not central so need to travel for restaurants, beaches, etc.

Excellent size room, wonderful bathroom and superb gym. Staff very friendly and arranged excursions for us. We had dinner in the hotel one night and food was excellent.

Limited number of sun loungers by the pool, could benefit from a few "sails" for shelter from the sun. Great location to explore the wonderful beaches nearby but limited options for drinks/dinner/shopping in town if you are looking for this.

The room was amazing and very clean. As was the pool. The staff were very friendly, accomodating and helpful. We had a fantastic dinner by the pool on one of the evenings.

The food was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was varied and dinner was a 3-course meal from the menu. I did not expect this beforehand; I thought it would be a running buffet. So this exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and happy to help. My flight was delayed, so I had to get a taxi, but they kept in touch with me to find out what time I would arrive. Upon arrival, someone was there to pick me up. Also, the reservation of a car was easily and quickly arranged and relatively cheap. There is a great gym in the basement, unfortunately I did not fulfil my good intentions and did not take advantage of it haha...

They were still busy renovating, so it was sometimes disturbing when you lay by the pool or woke up early in the morning. In addition, the beds by the pool were not very comfortable and the beds in the room were also quite hard. These are the only points of improvement I have. In hindsight, the location was not very convenient for me, but that was my own choice by not checking this out. I booked it the day before I went. There is not a lot to do in the surrounding area, so a car is essential. I rented a car at the hotel for five days and was able to see a lot of the island. They arranged this perfectly.

Wanted to book a massage directly with the ladies in the spa area but they refused it and told me I should book it with the reception . I understand the procedure but would have expected an alternative solution like : "Let's call the reception and check availability". More proactive would be nice because there was nobody else enjoying the spa , so there was availability
