excellent facilities and very close to Ponza town. high level hotel which makes you feel like your away in a tropical paradise.

Amazing Grand Hotel, the best place to stay in Ponza. The SPA was my favorite part. We will back next summer.

WI-FI could be improved.

my husband and I stayed here for our short stay in Ponza; the location could NOT be better! a quick 10 minute walk to the ferry, and all the restaurants in Ponza. the staff are friendly and very attentive! the hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable and clean (it’s no wonder it’s 4 stars). i am vegan, and the breakfast selection was good (vegan croissants & fruit), my husband is not and he had a wide selection. The spa pool is very relaxing, overall we would 100% recommend this hotel in Ponza!

Large room and bathroom.

Internet access was NOT good in our room.

The restaurant was amazing, staff was very friendly and welcoming, the wellness pools are very relaxing and well designed

The wifi was very weak, unstable and didn’t work in the rooms. Decor in the rooms is a little dated and the room was very damp. The closets and drawers were not usable because of how damp they smelled
