The hotel and staff are utterly charming! I was welcomed enthusiastically and given a great cappuccino and biscuit while I checked in (early). The owners and staff could not be more helpful, friendly and engaging. I felt welcomed every time I walked in the door of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic with lovely bread and croissants, home made cakes and good coffee. This is how you run a hotel if you want your customers to return.

Nothing to dislike there

Owner / operator was a fantastic gentleman, very helpful and accommodating. Room was great size, bathroom was very big too. Windows sealed shut and kept noise out. Blackout curtains were great. Breakfast was very tasty, and we made use of the bikes to ride down to the beach and see the yacht harbor. Hands down the best place to stay in Pietrasanta.

Lovely hotel. 10 min walk from the train station. Good sized room. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful breakfast, with homemade cakes. The owners were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely book again if in the area.

We loved staying here. The owner Hugo, his wife and all the staff were wonderful. Hugo’s wife had baked delicious cakes for breakfast. Our rooms were perfectly cool during the heat wave of 2022! We would definitely stay again.

we had a wonderful, gorgeous week in Pietrasanta and the Art Hotel. Hugo and his familiy are the most friendly and helpful hosts we ever came across (presumably being some of the most active users of booking.com….). The Hotel and its owners do set a standard in terms of looking after their guests. Do follow their recommendations for dinner. If Italians in general are reknown for their hospitality and friendliness, Hugo and family are on top of the crowd.

What a delightful family who run this hotel! Extremely friendly and accommodating. Centrally located in the center of Pietrasanta with easy parking. Breakfast was whenever we woke up, freshly baked cakes, pastries, yogurt, eggs as you like them, tasty coffee. Clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended! Jim & Susan

The husband and wife owners of the hotel have a stated mission and that is to make guests feel like they are part of their family. They accomplished that in every way. They go above and beyond in caring for guests. I have stayed in luxury hotels around the world but the Art Hotel will always have a special place in my heart. It is what a small intimate hotel should be.

There is NOTHING that I didn’t like about the Art Hotel. There is nothing that they could have done better. From the warm and friendly breakfast to preparing a small dinner for me when I was unable to go elsewhere, it was perfect.
