Location. Great views. Walking distance to restaurants. Tulip festival had a great vibe!

Was noisy at times in the evening.

Staff were friendly room basic but clean.

There was a major disturbance during the night and when raised with staff next day brushed off and no follow up in any form. Sent email regarding this and no reply at all.🙄😣

Hotel unit with adequate facilities.

The property is fine but the pizza chef should really warn that the Diablo had a SWEET chilli base! But he does make a good nachos

Location was fine. Bed was okay.

The power points were a bit awkward!

Good location, big room comfortable

As warned the room was over a dining area and you have to wait till mid evening for the noise to subside. The music played in the pub was a little bit louder than I would of liked but it did stop around 9pm.

The staff were great and it was a lovely old hotel with great character. I enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable. Location was fantastic with easy access to the shops and some great walks. I wish I had more time to explore the area.

The door locks were a little stiff and hard to lock. More powerpoints would have made things a little easier but I understand due to the age of the building.
