The owners are amazing, hospitable, and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was excellent and the room has a beautiful view. There's a very good restaurant literally across the road. We even got free passes for the local buses.

Very cosy little place with a lot of character, in a great location. We loved our stay. The host was lovely and the breakfast was brilliant. We got a free bus pass and free parking.

Beds were a bit too soft but we didnt stay long enough for this to really be an issue. Still slept well.

Very cozy hotel located close to the shops and restaurants and also the main lifts in Santa Cristina. Host was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was good. The hotel is good value for money.

The room was very small but ok for one person. Otherwise nice and quiet.

Honestly this was probably one of the best experiences at a hotel. The hosts were really sweet, kind and helpful people, always asking us about our day. There was a very homely feeling there. Loved the fact that they provided breakfast, this made the mornings and getting out to the slopes on time really easy. The room service was coming in everyday, everything was always clean. The ski room was easy to get to, with enough space and heaters for our boots. The Monte Pana lift was a short walk down the hill, from where you can reach the Sella Ronda route. Both check-in and check-out were really smooth, parking for our car was available in front on the building or in the parking lot next to it. Supermarket, ski rental, ski pass office, pharmacy and restaurants were really close by. On Christmas Eve we got a bottle of prosecco, which was just such a nice and unexpected touch. Thank you very much for helping us have a wonderful holiday!

Would be wonderful if we could have someone at the reception to give tips and advice on areas to visit and how to visit etc.

Great view from the balcony on the mountains, right in the middle of city, parking at the hotel, very nice rooms, very nice host and OK breakfasts.

The breakfasts could be slightly changed each day.

Fantastic location - 30 min walk (or 3min drive) to the Col Raiser chairlift where you can hike to Seceda ridge, or 10min drive to Ortisei. Staff are very kind. Breakfast was great!

I parked my car just beside the entrance and it stayed there for four nights. Since everything a nature enthousiast needs is within walking and cycling distance : cable cars and chairlifts to the outstanding mountain landscape! The no-nonsense accommodation itself offers everything you need - it is ultra clean, fine breakfast and sympathetic hosts. Strongly recommended!
