El lugar es tranquilo, cómodas habitaciones y la limpieza fue adecuada.
El elevador no tuvo servicio y pedía toallas para la alberca y no tenían aún sin tener tantos huéspedes. El desayuno podría mejorar.

It was a short stay to take an early flight, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were amazing. The agent that checked us in was great. She made an effort to speak English to me, which was rare to find in Mexico.
I tried to check out early for a 7AM flight, there was no one available at the front desk for over half an hour. I ended up leaving my keys at the front desk hoping they would be found.

Everything we used and/or inhabited. Staff so friendly and helpful, the pool was a wonderful plus in this heat wave Aguascalientes is experiencing. Food very good

Great place pet friendly for travelling PV to Laredo. Very comfortable and quiet with lots of parking.

Excellent very close to the airport.
Few minutes from sturbucks,Home Depot,KFC chicken ,Casino and the Movies at Cineapolis
Have Walmart,Dominos pizza and Burger 🍔 King

The room was very well clean. Staff was very nice
What i didn't like is that we got stuck in one of the elevators for about 15 min. Although the staff was doing everything they could to open the elevator my 5 year old was so scared. Thankfully the maintenance guys were able to open it up.

the elevators don’t seem to have the same system, so you can be waiting for one while the other is free, you need to request for them separately.

The buffet was great.
1.- The room was not what I requested.
2.- The clerk told us to leave our things in the front desk and when we came back our luggage would be at our new room. 6hrs Later our luggage and belongings were still in front desk.
3.- The room was to small and the bathroom door was broken. The door was a crystal door very heavy and very dangerous to move. Upsetting and disappointed on this service.

Clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast selections.
Shower enclosure leaks water out to the floor, it will be nice to have a nice handsoap selection.
