House met every need. Beautiful view. Only drawback was lack of mattress on top bunk. Only box spring was on the top bunk.

The house was roomy and clean. The beds were comfortable too. We had a wonderful time, making memories to last a lifetime. The dock was roomy and easy to tie up our boat. The kids had fun on the kayak too. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!!

This was just the perfect place for us, our daughter/SIL and son/DIL! The house was super clean. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming and kayaking. The sunsets were breathtaking! The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had before and upon arrival. We will definitely keep this on our “To Stay Again” list!

We had a great time staying here!! We loved watching the sunsets from the dock. The house was perfect and swimming from the dock was great!!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! The crazy weather took a turn and dropped 30 degrees on our day of check-in, but being October that’s expected here in Texas. That did not stop us from having a blast. This house is so elegant but also great for kids. We really enjoyed playing in the large yard together as a family and also the board games indoors! They have everything you need plus extras, especially in the kitchen. The linens were so comfy with plenty to go around! At night time my husband and I made use of the very cool heater on the back porch which allowed us to spend time together with the amazing, relaxing view of the lake. The owners are very nice and communicate well with anything you may need and made check-in on a rainy day so simple. Thank you so much Ryan and Pearl for allowing us to enjoy your property for the weekend! We are looking forward to many more stays here in the future! JanLee B.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home for a week! The house is beautiful and clean. It was so nice to see they had toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels stocked already. I can't tell you how many properties I have supplied that for! The beds are all comfy; hotel quality duvets, blankets and pillows. Every morning I sat out on the patio and had my coffee and watched the birds and rabbits. Such an array of birds! We met a few of the neighbors and they were all so nice. They offered the use of their docks and ladder since the dock wasn't repaired at this house. That was the only the downside but we knew when renting because of Ryan's excellent communication beforehand, that the dock wouldn't be functioning. The house was perfection...wonderful layout, plenty of room, big kitchen that was well stocked with all that we needed to cook. Another plus... they provided PLENTY of plush bath towels. The kayak was a great addition to our fun and they even provided the lifejackets. We shopped in Mabank at the Brookshires because the Walmart nearby leaves little to be desired. We really enjoyed our time!

This house was the perfect place for a family getaway. The big kitchen and dining area looking out at the lake was gorgeous and quiet.

Ryan and Pearl were awesome hosts. The property itself is above and beyond what you see online. Great views, excellent fishing, swimming, and the kayak on site just adds to the fun. Would definitely recommend this property and owners to anyone. 5 Star—all the way.

Great lake house. Super clean. Right on the water. Lots of room and lovely shaded back yard with a breeze on hot days. Owners are super responsive and friendly. Well stocked and close to town. A+ stay.

We had a good time with our kids and our friends. We loved the kitchen. It was fully equipped with all we needed and we were even impressed with the quality of kitchen-ware. The beds were very comfortable however the bed in th second bedroom didn’t have a top sheet, only a fitted sheet, probably just oversite. We would have loved to fish off of the dock but it was badly damaged, however the friendly neighbor let us fish off of his. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the open floor plan and all the seating available.

Two couples on a 4 day weekend. Great house. Updated. Very clean and well appointed. We cooked in kitchen or BBQ for every meal. Mattressex EXTEREMLY comfortable. High quality furniture. Beware... only two bedrooms. Worked fine for us though. Extra bunk beds in master and pull out in 2nd living area. You could fit a ton of kids in that room on air mattresses, then close the barn door !

Awesome location and view of the lake!

My 89-year-old mother had such an easy time with the open floor plan and uncluttered home! She was able to enjoy the fantastic sunset views without leaving her easy chair! Our family had a wonderful get together with good meals and fun times kayaking and fishing! The owners were very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. All the amenities were well thought out and of excellent quality! Luxury living and comfort! Thanks for a great place for my family to gather! We will book again for our next family event! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!!

My family of 5 and brother and sister in law with their daughter all came and there was plenty of space! We loved the big open windows and utensils for the kitchen! House was clean and updated! We played all day on the boat and fished each night off the dock in the back. The owners responded to all questions sent in a Timely manner. The only complaint we had was we wanted to use the boat slip with lift, but neighbors boat was using it, so we had to be on the outside of dock. Didn't feel safe leaving it all night so had to unload and load each day. Aside from that we had a great time and would definitely use this home again!

Can’t say enough about this home! The view of the lake is incredible from the living room and kitchen with the wall of windows! The home was spotless and very well supplied. The beds were comfortable, loved the spaciousness of all the rooms. We caught fish, grilled out and had great conversation under the shade trees. Dale, the neighbor next door was friendly and even caught some bait for us to fish with. This was our favorite place on Cedar Creek Lake and we plan to come back soon!

We enjoyed the easy access to the lake. The kids had a great time playing in the yard and the shade from the trees was really nice. The House was the perfect size for our two families. The kitchen had all the amenities and everything was very clean. Thank you for a great, relaxing weekend.

Beautiful home and lakefront views. Home was set up perfectly for our group. Needed more towels than were stocked but we survived. Cooked in the kitchen the entire weekend and it was stocked with wonderful cookware. I am going to have to find myself a set like that. Lol. Loved the kayak but wish there were two. My first time to kayak and it was great fun. Your neighbors were very helpful and nice. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
