Beds were super comfy. Very nice and clean bathroom.
WiFi was really poor. Breakfast was also quite bland surprisingly.

They have a long Menu but when you oder something they always says its not available. I ask myself why they have then Menu if they don’t have all the items.
WiFi is also pathetic at the Property.

The location is something for which I chose this place. Right on the main road and no one has to walk any stairs to reach this place. Secondly the rooms are very good with lot of space and amenities. The Deluxe rooms have good views and they are comfortable.
The restaurant staffs are lousy. Its said that they dont serve hard drinks but one can bring their own and drink it on the restaurant balcony. However I saw a staff who was bringing drinks for a table and was continuously glued to that table. Even, that staff didnt take orders from other table properly and we had to wait for a long time to get our food. Also the breakfast menu is not up to the mark. Was very disappointed to see their breakfast spread.

On my request the room was upgraded, food was delicious, staff was very courteous and respectful.
The moment I checked in I was asked to pay the balance amount of the booking 😕🥺😡

After making my initial booking, I did upgrade my room to have a view. I am so glad I did this as the room had a full wall window with a fantastic view. The room was large and very comfortable. I ate in the restaurant for 3 evenings and there was a good choice of food and option of a buffet. The food was very good. The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful. The hotel is a short journey from Shimla (5-10 minutes in a taxi). I had done my research on taxi prices before leaving the UK and the taxi fare was always at the expected price and very available both ways.

The hotel is pretty well equipped. They have central heating as well so you really don't feel the cold. The views aren't too great
The reception staff was a little irresponsible. Our IDs were not returned at the time of the check-in. And when asked for them later, they couldn't find it. I had to find my id on my own

small rooms . charge 11000 from me 01 night third class view outside other building back side dirty walls …
staff is money minded no support from staff we need to sleep on extra bed in winters
when we booked mentioned double room on their website after paid they it’s double bed room only …what a smart cheating style ..
truly make our your disappointed and uncomfortable after paid max amount ..

Excellent service, beautiful views from Executive room and great buffet services for breakfast and dinner. Resturant looks nice and had live music.
Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Rakesh ji, Divia ji at the reception.
Entrance looks very ordinary to the resort and parking was challenging. The common areas, lobby looks outdated.
