Property was more than adequate. It was marvelous. The unit was well appointed; kitchen, storage closet, and walk in closet were amazing. Had minor problems following directions, but with the help of the friendly Security staff, got settled in in no time. Condo was "cozy", but perfect for me and the wife. The only drawback I could see was being on the 14th floor. Hard to hear the surf pounding the beach up there. Sand Key shoppes up the street were excellent. Shorty's had good shrimp as well as assorted grocery items (deli + grocery). Maisies had a good breakfast. Columbia Restuarant on the North end and Backwaters on the South end made good book ends for some really nice shoppes. Everything on the Island costs more than on the mainland. If you are coming by way of 60 Hwy, stop at Target or Walmart on your way in and save a few bucks. They're 20 minutes from the Condo. All in All, it was a wonderful place to hang out, enjoy the beach, and soak up some Sun. Side Note: Pan Filos in Clearwater purports to be a Mexican Restuarant, but they don't open 'til 6 and told us the taco fixins would not be ready for another hour and a half. So we ordered the pizza. It was okay, but way too much for us. Taco Bus a block North was much better "Mexican"....

It's a really nice place. Laurie was very responsive. The disposal didn't work & she was able to get a handyman out quickly to fix it. We enjoyed stay. Thanks, Laurie!

All I can say is I wish I could have stayed. So beautiful, so much to do, so many fabulous places to eat, and spectacular sunsets. Premises was topnotch. Highly reccomend

My wife and I had a wonderful week-long stay at this condo! The condo and property are even better than the pictures you find online! The location was fantastic with respect to being away from large crowds, but close enough to restaurants and shopping, etc. Laurie (the owner) was fantastic to work with and readily available in answering any questions we had! I highly recommend this condo for anyone seeking some R&R in a beach-front setting! My wife and I plan to return in the near future to this small piece of paradise!!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The weather was great. The location and the view of the Gulf from the 14th balcony was spectacular! Size of condo was perfect for two people. Would recommend.

We could have spent our whole 2 weeks on the balcony enjoying the view. Kitchen was well appointed. Good location for walking to several restaurants. Several things in condo needed repairing (a part of bedroom blinds was broken, lock on balcony door was very difficult to open, dryer lint catcher had a hole so lint blew into dryer drum) but overall a great place to stay.

The condo is beautiful as are the views. The condo and the entire building was very clean and well equipped. Views from the balcony are spectacular. Beautiful sunsets.

It was a safe place to enjoy the gulf safely. Beautiful beach with lots of room to social distance. We brought food for two weeks and the condo had everything we needed to stay put for 14 lovely days!

This was a perfect location to kick back and enjoy. It was peaceful and quiet. The beach was beautiful and 14C was well maintained and very clean. The staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. Laurie has been very attentive and in communication with us from before our arrival until we left. I would highly recommend this unit.

Leasing the unit from Laurie was truly a great experience. The unit and complex provided all the amenities you could ask for, just short of it being your own home. The location is nearly ideal in relationship to everything you would go to a beach community to experience. The staff that we came in contact with were always gracious and friendly. Really, the only issue that we had- was that the weather didn't cooperate with our recreational plans half the time we were there, but as they say "that's Florida in July!!" This will be the first listing that I will check out if/ when my wife and I return, though I may look to make the trip during a different time of year.

Een goed geoutilleerd appartement in een mooi complex. Het appartement is heel geschikt en lekker ruim, om met z'n tweeën te verblijven. Heel fijn was, dat er handdoeken voor het strand aanwezig waren en dat we de parasol en strandstoeltjes konden gebruiken. De zee is heerlijk warm en schoon. Clearwater Beach is een mooie plaats en goed onderhouden. Op het deel van Sand Key waar het appartement ligt is het prettig rustig. Winkels en restaurants zijn op korte afstand in ruime mate voorhanden. We komen hier beslist nog eens terug!

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo was great for us two and we enjoyed many sunsets on the balcony, and the dolphins swimming by almost every day. Very nice to have a washer/dryer right in the unit, kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Building was very nice as well as pool area, exercise room and commons area.

Perfect for couples winter getaway

This unit is in an absolutely perfect location, right on the beach. It is mesmerizing watching all the ocean activities & perfect for long beach walks. Didn`t want to miss even one of the stunning sunsets. It is a spacious & spotless & well decorated condo. We felt at home as soon as we arrived.. We appreciated all the extras in the kitchen.. Even while cooking you can enjoy the ocean views. It has a very large balcony & comfortable king bed . The only hard part of our stay here was leaving...

We enjoyed exercising in the condo well equipped gym and walking the beach. The condo was comfortable and the owners had everything one could want for a beach vacation--bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc. Everything was well marked in the condo for easy use. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our Florida Sand Key vacation very much. Your unit 14C was a delightful home away from home with all the amenities needed. We look forward to coming back again next year. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Die Wohnung, für 2 Personen ausgelegt, war mehr als ausreichend und hat einen schönen großen Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Golf v.M. Geniale Sonnenuntergänge garantiert. Zudem ist sie sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt, wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit den Vermietern war ganz unkompliziert. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig mit Privatstrandflair, wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, aber doch recht zentral, für denjenigen, der etwas erleben möchte. Der Beachwalk mit Sunset-Animationen an der Clearwater Beach mit Pier 60, ist problemlos mit Bus oder Trolly zu erreichen; Bushaltestelle direkt "vor der Haustür". Von hier aus kann man auch Excursionen an die südlichen Beaches, wie Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Treasure Island oder St.Pete Beach, starten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My husband and I especially loved the location. The condo was well kept, clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful two week stay. Restaurants to try that we could walk to and very good were Columbia, Backwaters and the one in the Marriotte hotel. I would recommend this property to a friend. Thank you Laurie!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! The view of ocean is awesome and it feels so majestic being so high up yet you can hear the waves as you sit on the balcony. Another great thing about this place is the glass on the balcony. Many oceanfront condos have metal railing and when you sit on the balcony to relax, you look through the railing. Here you can sit back and still see the ocean, which I have enjoyed while working. There are many amenities as well from tennis courts, to the hot tub under the stars and many restaurants close by. I have seen many condos on Sand Key and you can't beat this one's view or being able to relax on the balcony. It is amazing!!!! Also this beach is more private so its not crowded like Clearwater, it's really quiet and so relaxing!

I have held a private residence in Florida for over 30 years. When I want to spend time at the Beach, THIS is it! There is nothing that you would seek in comfort, convenience, price or security that this condo does not offer. The entire experience is relaxing and blesses you with every positive aspect of being 'at the Beach'. When I go to the Beach - THIS is it!
