Although there are few shutter in the morning-afternoon..the location necessity of pedestrian way connected to playa dell ingles.. In the evening the distance is considereble by walking. Also the lights on the streets are not working.

EVERYTHING WAS PERECT!!! I spent time with my friends. We arrived late and Daniel helped us until late. I wanted to rent a car, but I couldn't. So we need to call a taxi every time, and Stephan always helped us. I was worried that take a taxi many time on this trip, but there is a free shuttle bus. There's a barbecue grill. I enjoyed the meal and time. The service and room were good for the two nights we stayed. Thank you so much.

Double bed was not a double bed, it was 2 twin beds. Floors were very dirty and there were ants in the kitchen.

Its very peaceful and quiet. The bungalows are quite spacious. The beds are very comfortable and we slept really well. Everything is clean, if tired. Nice views over the golf course.

No open reception. You have to call a telephone number to get someone to come out to you when you arrive. We weren't told this before so when you turn up you have to try all the doors, ask around and eventually you see on the closed reception door there is a number to call if you need help. They really need to tell travellers this in advance saves all that wasted time and stress. Bungalows though large and adequate are very tired and need a refurb throughout. They would be lovely with some TLC. There is no bar or any other facilities just the cold swimming pool. The whole place is a bit soulless but would be great if you wanted peace and quiet away from civilisation. With no one on reception it also feels a bit vulnerable to crime as access is easy round the side of the reception.

We requested an early check in and the owner/gentleman (cant remember his name) called me on my mobile and said it was no problem at all. The welcome we received was so warm, personal, pleasant and he was so helpful.. He showed us to our bungalow and showed us contact number to call if we had any questions. Also our check out, he was so nice and said that there was no rush in our check out time, we had a late afternoon flight. We thought this was so nice, as we were thinking we would need to haul suitcases around for the day. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Love that the pool is just outside your bunglow, no walking around, nice outside seating of your bunglow. We are coming back to GC next year and will be looking to stay at Vista Verde. We will definitely recommend to our friends 😊

Beautiful location. Peaceful and quiet. Very attentive owners. Pool was spotless and clean. Beds comfortable. Friendly cleaner.

Very nice apartment, big, nicely done inside, all bright and new, had separate bedroom and living room which was very helpful traveling with child. Nice pool outside. The staff was very polite, friendly and always eager to help. Location is good if you rent a car, because you need this to get to the shop, restaurant or places to see.

Lack of play area for our toddler, so he was digging the hole in the garden, however this is minor issue.

Very cosy and family-friendly hotel, the bungalows had everything that you need for a good stay, staff was very helpful and always smiling, we had a great time.

The only down side was that you could not walk around the area much as there was literaly nothing but roads and other hotels. We had a car so it was not a problem to move about but it is nice to be able to go for a quick walk after dinner without the need to drive. This did not affect our stay in any way but i though i mentioned it.
