Bed was disappointing - dip in middle

It was close to City center. They had packets of biscuits and free bottles of water which was appreciated.

Cutlery was used and dirty, single bed looked like it had been made up properly, apparently reception advised cleaner out things on bed but forgot to straighten the bed. We had to ask cleaners for fresh towels, room wasn't cleaned in the 3 nights we were guests. I just feel for the amount they charged it was pretty run down. One of my other family members had no toilet paper what so ever and got it from another family members room also no hair driers in rooms. Single bed needs attention it's awful and lob - sided .

Good location. Basic, but clean and great comfortable beds.

It was an accessible room with lots of spaciousness to move around in the room with a mobility walker. It was easy access for bathroom- such a relief. We were well away from the road noise down back of the facility.

Need to mention that they need to turn their mattresses around as most people get into and sit on one side of the bed which flattens that side. That was obvious to sleep in as there is a dip jn that patch.

If I was to pick anything, the Pillows weren't great, very thin
