This is a hotel / B&B full of character and charm, just on the outskirts of hte town, with an easy walk to the centre. Reception is not manned all teh time, but let them know the time you are arriving and you will be met. Parking locally on a machine ticket overnight was fine (though watch out for leaving time, you need to avoid the school drop-off!) Sadly the restaurant owned by the team was closed on a Monday, but we found somewhere in town

There was absolutely nothing to grumble about. The St Georges was in a perfect location within walking distance from the town yet set in a quiet location. Spotlessly clean with a not too modern decor. Added bonus breakfast ....delivered to your apartment!!

The room was on the ground floor with two windows that we could not open. It was extremely hot and the airconditioner did not work.

The fact that it did not have an iron. i had to go to get one.

We had a spacious ground floor room that included a well equipped kitchen area. At the rear was a large secluded garden with many seating areas that would be great for guests to enjoy in good weather.

Although we've visited Mons several times in the past, staying elsewhere, and had walked to the little park, I had never previously driven there and we had difficulty finding our way around the one-way system. Our car's Sat Nav didn't accept the street name Place du Parc, and when I entered the GPS coordinates, wanted to take us somewhere South of Mons. For the best parking options opposite the hotel entrance, approach along Rue des Quatre Fils Aymon, noting that it is one-way. If you are driving, a little research in advance on Google Maps is definitely worthwhile!

Easy parking nearby. Large, comfortable, quiet room on ground floor overlooking rear garden. Excellent location, only 10 minutes en foot to La Grand' Place.

The staff is friendly and welcoming (they welcomed us with coffee, water and some sweets in the room), the room was very clean and it had everything that would be needed for a short stay (kitchenette equiped with coffee machine, fridge, stove and sink + cluttery and dishes), chairs and a sofa. The place has a big garden and a nice living room area.

We had the room at zero floor, with windows to the street and sometimes during the night Mons is noisy, but it's not the fault of the hotel that in the nearby park there was a loud festival.

My room was really pretty and comfortable. I appreciated the coffee machine and pods in the room. The breakfast was good( could be a bit more for the price, but ok). All in all a very pleasant experience, I would happily return.

The apartment was spacious and smartly furnished. We had a lovely bay window where we could see the park and down the road. A very tasty breakfast was brought to our room each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager, Baran, came to our rescue at the end of our stay when our taxi driver did not show up. He drove us himself to the car rental agency. He was also kind enough to help us when we asked about doing some laundry. Location was very close to the centre and our street was quiet.

The floor was dirty when we arrived. After mentioning this, the floors were cleaned during our absence in the afternoon. We were forgotten one morning for breakfast, but as soon as it was mentioned the lovely staff rushed round to get our meal to us as soon as possible.

I think it could have been made clear that if you arrive after office hours you need to ring a number to gain access. There are no numbers put up on front door regarding access.
