Very roomy and we liked the kitchen as well as ease of check in, security and proximity to the Train Station. And Klaus was very nice.

It is difficult to find. It would be helpful to have specific instructions on finding the location

the place was great and was cleaned daily to a very high standard.

the bed wasn’t very comfortable and could do with an extra pillow.

The apartment is quite big and centrally located

Claudio is very kind and welcoming, the space itself is just as photographed and very spacious. also in an ideal part of Sorrento as everywhere can be reached via foot. We will certainly be back!

it was perfect , exactly what we needed. stopping one night in sorrento we had came off a boat trip , check in was so fast and easy , room very clean and spacious , lovely balcony to watch sunset and location very central would definitely recommend :)

Nondescript residential building with paper thin walls.

fab location close to the main centre. our host greeted us later than planned due to train strikes. He was very knowledgeable and helped with advising on transport & restaurants. Cleaner provided additional pillows without asking which we were very grateful for. The room is very big. For being on a main road I was pleased with how quiet the room was. The curtains are quite thin but there are outside shutters which made the room pitch black. good view from the balcony of the sea. We would happily stay here again.

bed was quite firm & shower floor would benefit from being replaced.

Cleanliness, modern, friendly, location.

The hotel was located a short walk from the train / bus station, and the centre of Sorrento. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view across the bay of Naples from the balcony was lovely.

The road outside was noisy at times, and the shared kitchen is right outside the rooms, so if you are unlucky with neighbours that could wake you up! It was also a little tricky finding the suites initially. There is very little in the way of signs to show you where they are.

Photos did not match the property. No mention of apartment building entry, or shared apartment entrance.

The apartment was beautiful & spacious, extremely clean. It was cleaned every day. Excellent facilities with fridge, kettle, hairdryer & safe. The shared kitchen area has a sink, microwave and all cooking & dining utensils. Amazing views across the Sorrento coast. Ideally situated for all parts of Sorrento, within 10 minute walk. Claudio our host was brilliant, he couldn't do enough to help.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The cleanliness of the room with the sizing of the room together with the balcony it was really comfortable to stay in, the staff was very nice with check in and told us what to do around the city and the modes of transportations around town

The beds weren’t amazing

The host was excellent and very helpful in anything we asked. He was always available and eager to help. Room was very comfortable and had excellent location.

The parking garage the host works with are not professional as they hit my car in the bumper. I noticed after I had left the place but I am 100% certain it happened there as my car was spotless before I left it at the garage.
