A shame our car spot was taken by someone else because their ‘car’ was to big. Not really our problem. Shouldn’t have parked in our spot. We had to park on someone else’s area (which the other guy could’ve as there was plenty more space for his large car)

Small room with nowhere to put a suitcase. Shower very cramped. Probably because it's an older style motel it's impossible to improve the layout. We had just been to a motel in Albury which was $20 a night cheaper but with a much larger bathroom and a bedroom twice the size, also in a great location so we were comparing it to that.

Great service at reception. Lovely, clean room. The room was heated for our arrival which was nice on a cold evening. Walking distance from restaurants and bars. Easy parking. Would definitely stay again! :)

I loved the attention to detail. The room had everything you needed. huge tv on wall. Even had toothbrush package with toiletries. Huge towels. They stocked heaps of extra snacks beverages etc at great affordable prices. We even got 10% discount on our dining at Inn of Kong restaurant in Hargreaves street which was unexpected. Plenty of helpful tourist information. Beds were amazing even had warm snuggle blankets. Will definately be back.

Room was a bit small but we had a king size bed and double bed also.

Unit was very clean and comfy. Shower water was hot.

All good. Nothing not to like.

we were given an upstairs room (even though when we booked it was made clear we have a young child). No shower curtain/hot water too hot. even when we placed the ‘no service required’ on our door we still found that staff had entered our room while we were out. this was an invasion on our privacy and we won’t be staying here again

A comfortable motel within easy walking distance to the centre and even though on a busy road we couldn't hear any traffic noise. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the value for money acceptable

Old chairs and couch had loose covers over them to improve there look but chairs etc probably need renewing.

Clean room, functional. Facilities o'k, functional, Bathroom clean and functional but, old and tired.

Bath room is cramped and don't like shower curtains. Some noise from people dragging suitcases up stairs and along upper floor, also from vehicles in carpark and road noise.
