Review for Two-Bedroom Apartment: The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, sunny, sparkling clean, lovely decorated, with great attention to details and high-quality materials. In fact, the apartment looks better than in the pictures. It is a 3-room detached apartment: one dining / living room (with 2 sofas, 1 large table, TV set), one large bedroom, children’s bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. The apartment and its kitchen are fully equipped, exactly as advertised on Booking.com; you have everything you need, so that you can feel like home (relax, cook, wash & iron clothes etc.). The kitchen is large, very clean, well organized and I think it is the best equipped one I’ve ever found in rented apartments. Large & very clean bathroom, with a washing machine. The bed is large & comfortable, and the soundproofing is very good (no problem at all with street noise after we closed the windows). We enjoyed every moment spent in this apartment. The host is very hospitable and kind. Warm welcome, helpful information provided, smooth and nice check-in & check-out. The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the center of Belluno. Following the host’s advice, we parked the car in Parcheggio di Lambioi (which has very good prices). There is an escalator that takes you from this parking to the center of the town, then you walk a few minutes to the apartment (which we found effortlessly using Google Maps). Even if we had large & heavy suitcases, the walk from the parking place to the apartment was not difficult. The block of flats where the apartment is situated has an elevator.

Everything was perfect

1. There was just one bedroom and living room without option to sleep with one double-bed instead of two bedrooms (one double-bed + 2 single beds). 2. It was super noisy at night and without earplugs I couldn't have fallen asleep. - because of the ppl shouting outside till 2 am. Good luck in high summer to sleep with closed windows and lack of air conditioning. 3. The whole flat was not cleaned since ages, everything was stinky, not cleaned, not washed. We slept in our sleeping bags, but I felt disgust. 4. The contact with the owner of this private flat (I wouldn't count it as apartment) was very very limited because of her lack of English. She naturally switched to Italian and there was no conversation between us. 5. In the early morning I found bugs and ants on the floor (in the kitchen, in the living room). 6. The keys we got had dirty key ring, that was disgusting too! 7. In the bathroom you could find used hairbrush (with hair), when we came the owner was hanging laundry in the living room (which I found weird, after all it's booking.com and not airbnb and this is how I felt). 8. The whole experience was awful, I don't expect luxury conditions, but at least the room MUST BE CLEAN. 7. The pics we saw on the booking.com are not from the same flat where we slept in. (we also took pics as a proof)

We enjoyed every minute. Great location. Friendly welcome. Amazing value apartment.
