I only slept there so didn't really see the facilities outside the room and didn't see any staff, but it was easy to get access to, the room was fine - shower very hot and powerful. I couldn't get a parking space in the car park as it was full, (doesn't seem to have enough spots for the number of rooms, but maybe people brought more than 1 car each). However it was only a short trip to the street and the parking there was free and it is a wide road in a pretty good neighbourhood, so that wasn't a problem.

I had an upstairs room which meant I didn't have an outside seating area. Really not a major issue as there was communal seating downstairs outside which was clean, available and shady. There may have been other areas that I didn't see as well. Really, everything was fine.

This place was super disappointing. They emailed AND texted in the lead up, really adamant about knowing exactly when we’re checking in, felt overbearing. The cost of the room withdrawn off my bank card before we even arrived on the day, despite the terms on Booking.com being pay on arrival. Weird tense atmosphere at the check in, certainly not a welcoming vibe. Dust all around the room, stains where something has leaked down the wall and not been wiped off, damp smell, black mould in the bathroom due to no exhaust fan. Noisy through the walls and with neighbours slamming screen doors. Not even a doona on the bed, just a light blanket. Daylight robbery for the $155 one night. I hate giving such poor reviews, but I feel it’s necessary in this case. Avoid staying here.

The bedding could do with an update.

I would have liked some softer lighting as we gathered for some drinks in one room in the evening.
