the breakfast look old the mangu look like it was from the day before and the eggs juice was warm

The hotel was in the perfect location - right across from the beach and close to many restaurants. Centrally located but not noisy at all. Will definitely be going back!

The facility. The location and the apartment were perfect. The people in the hotel itself were really good.. The experience in the hotel itself was amazing.

The apartment where we stayed was operated by the owner not by the hotel, the lady that was in charge of cleaning the apartment was the hosts. She was rude and pushy with limited people skills. The we were greated at check in was inappropriate. The cleaning lady who was also in charge of giving the keys of the apartment Yelled at us for not being there on time for our early check in. We were never advise that this was a separate check in from the hotel.There were things that were not advised before hand and customer service was poor. We made a reservation for 7 people which said that included breakfast in the price except if you had extra people and when we got there the administrator said only 4 were included and we had to pay for the rest of our people. This was not clear prior to arrival.

Spacious room. Nice swimming pool. Nice garden.

Room somewhat rundown. Not charming room.
