Spacious room, good bathroom, clean, good facilities, very pleasant staff. Lovely walk around the lake right outside the hotel. Good quality breakfast.
Bed a bit soft for our liking. Expensive considering we were not overlooking the lake. Extra cost for car parking over the top considering most of the basement was empty and the room rate high.

Best Western North Lakes was as expected, a good clean and basic room for a short work trip. Very close to shops, beautiful and ample supplies for breakfast and very friendly helpful staff even when I arrived after hours.

Great location handy to our family engagement celebration. We booked a Lakeview room which was spacious, comfortable with everything you need. The cafe located facing the lake was lovely as was the walking path around the lake and the playground for those with children.

location was close to everything i needed. Undercover parking was great and the rooms were quiet.
Bed was too soft and i didnt like that the blanket was between 2 sheets, as i lost it everynight and woke up cold. Maybe a doona / quilt cover would be best suited. Also for when people are staying longer than 1 night, maybe there should be more coffee and sugar and milk etc.

Location- close to shopping and restaurants.
I stayed for 3 nights and my room wasn’t serviced.
I thought it should have been serviced at least once.

Set next to the north lakes with lake views. Lots of free parking space. Modern decor.
Beds are too soft for personal taste. Bathroom design means water can overflow if you take long showers. If you stayed next to rooftops like we did then rain over rooftops can be noisy.

The lakeside location was nice.
Have been on several road trips in the past few months and stayed at numerous hotels/motels. Nothing sticks out in my mind so I'm assuming there was nothing I didn't like.

Spacious living area. Nice view from the cafe.
There were no curtains or blinds in the bedroom. No privacy and could not sleep because we could not block out the street lights and as soon as the sun was up the room was light. After a long flight we were exhausted and looking forward to a good night's rest prior to continuing our trip but left feeling aweful and tired. When we brought it up with the condescending man at reception we were not offered an apology or solution. I do not recommend this place if you need to rest or sleep.

Loved being on the lake. Morning walks were awesome. The bar/cafe location primo. Easy walk to the Mall.
Closing the bar at 8 is unfortunate. Some staff quite abrasive.

Bed was very comfortable- room was clean
Room did not get serviced even with please make up our room sign - was told when questioned it that rooms are not serviced daily however it is advertised that they are. Gentleman on reception was extremely rude and dismissive

Everything, we had come from another property as it was extremely dirty and it was a pleasure to visit here.

The room was very nice, big spa bath in bathroom, view of the lake was great, got my deposit back a couple of hours after departure

Lift to basement not working. Bird droppings on many outdoor chairs in Boardwalk Cafe during breakfast hours.

Hotel well located to residential and shopping precinct. Boardwalk cafe and hotel overlook north Lakes. Hotel room clean with comfortable bed and clean ensuite. Also handy organising reserved parking prior to check in.
