We stayed during the largest snow that they had in over three years. The cabin was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay despite the weather. The only setback I had was that the host did not respond to messages unless a question was directly asked and the response was very short and to the point and it was hours or even a day later. Other than that, the cabin was perfect and I would recommend people staying here!

Cabin was very clean and well equipped. Location was wonderful with just a short walk into town. Love the Manitou area.

Great place to enjoy the mountains of CO but still be walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. Clean home with beautiful views. Beds and couch aren’t very comfortable but not terrible. Also, you will not have the property to yourself. There are rentals in the backyard that I guess I missed in the listing. So the backyard is not private or even that useable. Just a warning. Other than that great place.

The location of this house was amazing right and the end of the Manitou Springs strip. It was perfect for our long weekend hiking and shopping!

Cleanliness was exceptional. So quiet and well lit at night if you e been late walking home. within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space to accommodate additional guests. We would absolutely come back. Such a lovely little town and such history!

A group of friends and I came out to Pike’s Peak for my 50th Birthday. This place was perfectly located! We did drive up to the train depot but could’ve walked it. We parked back at the property and walked to downtown and enjoyed shopping, dining and the penny arcade! The stream outback made for a good spot to sip some morning coffee. I will definitely stay at this place again!

We checked in to find the property was not at all as advertised. The deck on the creek did not exist for this cabin. The pictures were for a different cabin. The shared creek space was minimal and a walk between two other cabins. Very uncomfortable for us and our dog. The enclosed patio was dirty and unfit for pets or people. The second bedroom was only accessible by narrow winding stairs that was too dangerous to access with luggage and had loose carpet with exposed nails. This was unacceptable to us for our soon arriving guests . We had to find another place to meet our needs to enjoy the remaining time in Manitou. This was time consuming and stressful. Also a huge financial burden. We contacted the host with our concerns. The hosts responded to us by offering to refund pet deposit.

Location was fantastic. We could walk to dinner, short drive to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak

"As depicted," MOSTLY! The bathrooms are not enclosed to the top, so not very private if sharing bedrooms. The upstairs sleeping space has no door at all. Only separated from the downstairs living space by a very narrow set of stairs. Otherwise, great location, nice parking situation, and roomy kitchen/living areas. Could have used more washcloths in both bathrooms. Enjoy your stay!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The home is within walking distance of all the cute shops and restaurants in Manitou. It is also very close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. The home is quiet and kitchen is equipped with everything needed. Plan on coming back again!

My adult kids and I had a wonderful time at the property. Perfect location after long days exploring the area. Check in and check out were super easy and the house had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Came to Manitou a few days early for a wedding further up the mountain in Twin Lakes. We loved the house with easy access and walkability to everything in town. Enjoyed Pikes Peak and the Manitou Incline (1 mile easy walk to get there) We fell in love with the creek in the back and spent many hours just sitting and enjoying nature. House was well stocked, loved having a washer/dryer. We will be back again and again!!

We just finished celebrating my husband’s birthday in Manitou Springs. We prefer vacations when the car can be parked and forgotten about, and this property is within walking distance to every restaurant and coffee shop and trail that you can imagine. It was perfect! We stayed just shy of a week which was plenty of time to become friends with all of the locals. This is such a beautiful and inviting community. I can’t wait to come back. Loved the short walking distance to downtown activities, a short mile uphill walk to Cog Railway & Incline which avoided extra parking fees. Great overall experience!

This property is in a fantastic location, short walk to all the shops and restaurants on the main street through town. Its also a very short drive to many of the attractions like the cog railway, cliff dwellings and cave of the winds. The property was clean and the kitchen had a wide variety of pots, pans and utensils. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is walking distance to everything and it’s right on the creek. There are 3 cabins, we rented one but are already planning a trip with enough people to rent all 3!

We enjoyed walking to town and to the different springs. Paige was quick to get something's fixed. It would be noisy in the summer. The kitchen is amazing.

We had a wonderful weekend. The location is amazing. Short walk to everything downtown and a 5 minute drive to the Garden of the Gods which was beautiful. Kids wanted to move in and stay there. They had fun at the arcade and decent food options. My wife and I went to The Mona Lisa, a fondue place in town that was incredible (not cheap!). We had breakfast at Persephone Grae's Cafe & Juice Bar which was also quite good. Great pancakes (huge!) Overall had a blast!

Such a lovely place to stay. Clean and the owners were very communicative. Just exactly what we were looking for for our mini honeymoon. We loved that it was a nice walking distance to the downtown area of Manitou Springs, not too far but not so close that we heard late night socializing. Really just lovely. Thank you so much. 💕💕

This house was the perfect place for our stay in Manitou Springs! My husband, our adult children and I wanted the in-town Manitou Springs experience and the house is an easy and quick walk to all of the shops, galleries, arcade, and restaurants. It’s also handy to all of the outdoor adventures we had planned. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed its open style. We found the beds comfortable and slept well after each day’s adventures. Thank you so much! We would definitely stay here again!

A nice little property in close proximity to everything great about sightseeing in Manitou and Colorado Springs. Parking is a little tight, so be aware of that and the river and bbq grill isn’t within view of your house due to a fence. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Easy process to book. Property was very nice and close to hiking and unique shops.

I loved the location of this property it was about a minute walk away from downtown Manitou but there was construction right in front of the house making it difficult to go into the driveway. The bathrooms were very spacious and kept clean but its not exactly meant for anyone over 6 foot. My partner had to lean down anytime they had to use the mirror or use the shower. During our stay we cooked about 6 meals which wouldnt have been as possible if we didnt have all of the utensils, cookwear and seasonings(salt and pepper) provided so Thank you for that. The livingroom was very family friendly and had netflix, hulu and disney plus which helped make our time enjoyable after doing a lot of excersize during the day.

We really enjoyed how close this property is to the main thoroughfare of Manitou. Parking was tricky when we arrived because of construction going on right outside the property, but it was not an issue over the weekend when there wasn’t work going on. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was comfortable.

We had a great Thanksgiving here. Kids enjoyed playing by the stream while it snowed. Easy walk to main part of town. Convenient to everything in Manitou Springs. Loft area was great for kids.
