The apartment was clean and tidy. There was everything you need in the kitchen. Great view from the balcony. You pretty much get what you see on the photos. There were baby crib and baby chair available. There was a garage for the car, that was also great, as it is almost not possible to park outside.
The balcony wasn’t clean on arrival, but the host apologized because of the stormy weather. The bed is a bit short and creaked, but I guess I only noticed the second one, because the baby was sleeping next to us and I was afraid to wake him up.

The place with its fantastic view and good location for exploring Como. Apartment and pool are clean and Wi-Fi is good for work. We had clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

- The house is clean and cosy for family with young kids. It has well equipped kitchen, washing machine, and we love the italian toilet bidet 😃 and air- conditioning
- The self check in was easy. Car can be parked inside a secured garage in front of the house.
- The view of the lake from the balcony is amazing.
- Wifi was excellent
- We didn’t get to use the pool 😔 it was closed perhaps due to the weather
- City tax need to be pay with cash before check out - be sure to bring small change. Otherwise I’m sure the host, Guilia can help, respond very fast whenever we have questions ☺️

Amazing lake panorama view from huge terrace. Almost all the time we spent in the terrace. Swimming pool thumbs up, you can enjoy sky full of stars and lake view in the evening while having great time in the pool.

It is great place to stay if you are travelling by car.
Apartment is new and well equipped. Very comfortable beds with choice of pillows.
There is a very nice beach in 5 minutes by car. Pool was super clean and we always were alone there. Pool looks far in photos, but it is in private area of building, so you even don't need to dress to go there.
Self checkin was very easy and Giulia was always available for all our questions.
Property is much better than it is on photos.

We had a great and relaxing week in Lierna. The apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen contained everything we needed - including a dish washer. The pool is very clean, shared by a few apartments and cleaned every morning. The view from the balcony is great and the surrounding is very quiet. There is a bakery, including a small shop, nearby (few minutes walk) and the apartment is about 15 min walk from the train station.
Communication with the owner was great, when we had a small problem with the shower that wasn't even urgent, she took care of it within one day. Thanks for that and also for the snacks that we found on our arrival!

There is a parking (private garage) near the building. It takes yoy about 1 hour by car to Milan, 1 hour to Bergamo airport (the duration depends on daily traffic), about 1-1,5 hour to Malpensa airport and about 30 beautiful minutes to Bellagio.
