Location was great, very walkable to downtown Saugatuck. Also, the inter urban bus system was great to hop over to Douglas without taking our car!

The cleaning fee; we had to wash the dishes, strip the beds, place sheets in and towels in laundry bags and take out the garbage.

Location close to town

Horrible customer service. Broke contract by not returning security deposit on time. Had to file credit card dispute. Business is completely rude and unresponsive.

Awesome location and good amenities like a hot tub and laundry machines.

Great location, walkable to nearby food/shopping, super clean and updated furniture/decor. Had bed linens and kitchen utensils which made travel super easy. Would book again.

Only reason for a 9 and not a 10, is the walk to the hot tub wasn't the best, the house is on a main road, so you had to walk outside your front door on the main road around the house to the back to access the hot tub. For my visit at the end of March - at 45 degrees, it was a little chilly to walk to and from, but do-able. BUT the hot tub was in great working order and appreciated the privacy fence.

Perfect place ... location, clean, a bit pricey for cleaning when we assist with items at time of departure. Will definitely book again

The proximity to the city center of Saugatuck made this spot ideal. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a ton open, but we went to relax and did just that!

This rental is super cute, roomy and has an open floor plan. The location is great and just a quick 3 block walk to town for shopping and restaurants.

I wish I could rate this rental higher but unfortunately due to other tenants, I can't. I wouldn't have rented this place if I knew there was a unit above that was going to be rented. I was taking my daughter and granddaughter (16 mo. old) on our summer get-away and we were hoping for shopping, relaxation and sleep. Shopping we got. No relaxing or sleep though because the upstairs tenants were young and extremely loud. Partying until 2 or 3 am. After the first night, we asked them nicely to be more quiet since we had a baby with us. Unfortunately, that seemed to make things worse because the next night they were even louder. The next morning I contacted the management company and was told that the renters were leaving that day, which they did. So after spending over $1,000 for 3 nights, we left exhausted having only gotten one night of sleep. I would certainly think we would be compensated in some way for what we went through but there was no mention of it. This was a big expense for us and we were really looking forward to it. Very disappointing.
