We could lock our bikes inside over night.

Great location, nice welcome from the host, nothing too fancy but nice place, warm clean and good value for money (family room with two connected double rooms and nice view/terrasse)

the property was fairly clean but not as clean as
it should have been when taking into consideration
the price charged. there was no tea and coffee
facilities available in the room as stated on the description
description of the property. the staff consisted of one
of one man whom we found to be unhelpful in every
way. the hotel itself is very run down looking and
local amenities are non existent. the room smelled
of staleness. overall I felt very rip off by the hotel s
poor service.

Great location, near the lake and the barrage. Very spacious apartment, had everything you need. Quiet and lovely view. We even could obeserve a family of deer one of the nights. Spacious parking. Value for money

Nice setting in a green environment with a big lawn in front, convenient parking, and a big room, comfortable beds.
The little balcony with an artificial lawn was not really inviting. Breakfast choices were limited, considering the price of the stay.

the owner did not speak dutch! We live in Belgium so i think the owner should talk the 3 languages of the country!

Location was good as we were working at Spa race track, approximately 20 minutes away. The owner was very helpful and accommodated our request for early breakfasts, despite understanding very little English! Breakfast was always fresh from the local boulangerie and the largest Croissants' I have seen!

Nice hotel in Robertville, with many possibilities for activities. We had a very basic room but it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was served to the room. The village is nice and it was very calm.

Nice location, close to the lake and in the town center. Also nice views from our room overlooking a big green field and trees, lots of birds singing. Lovely shower.
The smell in the room was a bit strange and old.

Due to COVID, our group rented 2 apartments. The larger (3 People, yet we could have fit 7) had a well equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, absolutely perfect. The owner was very friendly. Everything was easy, and he gave us Easter candy! Wonderful showers and plenty of hot water.
Due to COVID, our group rented 2 apartments. The smaller (for 2 people) had a smaller refrigerator (understandable) and a stove that is relatively old and not easy to manage, yet functional.

The huge garden was ideal for social distancing, and there was loads of off road parking. Breakfast was copious - 4 rolls and 2 pain au chocolate and 2 croissant, ham, cheese, orange juice, coffee and tea for 2 outside your room in the morning. Very quiet and rooms nice and warm. Toiletries are not those silly little bottles that no one uses or takes home, but a decent big bottle of shampoo and soap, and a decent hairdryer that actually dries your hair. During Covid times, book your takeaway village pizza by 17.00, or you many not get one -- they can only do 'so many" people in one evening. I went at Easter, the campsite is open too and serves chips (frites) if the demand is high enough. I stayed in the simple double room was fine -- my friends were in the apartment downstairs -- was very well equipped - kitchen stuff and big table
