The hotel is situated right on the shore. 2 minutes walk to closest beach. Large and nicelooking room. Nice staff.
The bathroom gets flooded when you shower, as floor is leaning the wrong way. We nearly missed our bus, as staff forgot to book our taxi and the receptionist was late, so no one could help us. We had to hitchhike to the busstation eventually.

The location is perfect, just by the waterfront.
When we arrived in our room we pulled the curtain to enjoy the view over the lake. Then the whole curtain-rod fell down, it was not at all properly fixed at the ceiling. This could not be fixed so we were offered another, much smaller room but had to pay for the bigger room.
Breakfast routines were odd. We were offered a special breakfast meny and they asked for our room number. Then they said we had to order breakfast a la carte. Interaction between hotel and restaurant was poor.
The restaurant was too noisy.

Staff were excellent, food at the restaurant was good. Location on the sea front next to old town and adjacent to the main square was brilliant.

Very good location
They Advertise to sleep for two people. They brought the kids bed and I slept In it. Very uncomfortable didn’t like it at all.

Location was perfect, rooms were comfortable and spacious
curtains didn’t fit the frames so the room was never fully dark and there was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom

It was clean and comfortable.
Checkin was quick and simple. Staff is nice and welcoming.
Good windows isolation so one can sleep peacefully even with lively crowds outside.
AC worked well.
Terrace of the restaurant below is nice and right on the lake front.

The hotel was too expensive in terms of cost/value ratio when compared to other places, especially with no breakfast included in the price.

Brilliant location in the city centre and the old city. All walking distance. The room was very spacious and convenient.

Very well located hotel by the lake and conveniently between old town and modern part, but if you stay get rooms with lake view, makes all difference.
The hotel had a pizzeria with nice terrace and pizza was good.
The wifi worked pretty badly or didn’t work at all (I was on second floor), but in restaurant better. If wifi is important, go elsewhere. Room had old furniture and could use revamp as well as bathroom. They should propose breakfast as well.

Wonderful room overlooking lake on two sides of my large room. Helpful staff, graet location, would definitely stay here again on return.

no kettle or tea making facilities and restauarant did not open until 8am so missed early morning cup of tea,
