I stayed 3-nights as part of a friends stag-do party. I would say this is not a hotel I would take a family, as we mostly seen groups. Rooms: I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. It was clean enough but it’s very dated - you get what you pay for really, I wasn’t expecting much. Location: The location is perfect with plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants on the same street. 10-minutes from the strip but slightly closer to the old town (€6 taxi approx). Weather: We stayed in early May and the weather was fantastic - over 20 each day.

Check-in: Process to check-in was horrendous, took easily over an hour and no real coordination from the staff to know when you’ll be checked-in. I would recommend to email through booking.com with your arrival time which I assume helped my room being ready - when I was eventually ‘allowed’ to check-in. Security Deposit: f you’re in a group - expect to pay €250 PER PERSON as a security deposit. Many of our group hadn’t planned for this but they’ll disallow you to check-in otherwise. I was staying alone so wasn’t too fussed but €1000 for a room of 4 people, given the quality of the rooms/ hotel - is excessive. I was told my security deposit couldn’t be returned upon checking out as my room hadn’t been cleaned. This is unfair - they need to have a better process as people should not be leaving without confirmation they have their deposit returned. However, the man who checked me out assured me that it would be returned in ‘a couple of days’ so long as the room okay. I was staying alone so there’s no reason it shouldn’t be returned. I’ve had to chase with booking.com twice and now raised a complaint. Staff: This leads me on to the staff. I appreciate that nobody wants to see a large group of men arriving for a stag-do. But we had paid our money like everyone else. The woman, who seemed to be a manager of the reception was very rude and frosty - not a great first impression and certainly not someone who should be leading younger people in customer service. Not only was she rude to us, she was visibly snappy with her colleagues as well as a woman who came from another room who looked to be another manager - not great in-front of guests We intentionally didn’t use the main pool area to ensure we weren’t disrupting any families. We used an alternate pool area which reception had advised was fine to do upon check-in. On 2 days we were approached by a screaming security guard with a phone in his hand taking pictures.

Good location from the beach and within walking distance of everything you need.

Close to beach, shops & restaurants. Ample parking close to the room.

Pool closed at 6pm and we would have used it if it was open.

The apartment was lovely my only fault would be that we had no balcony from the living area only from bedrooms

Just The Dishwasher was not working. The Washing machine had AN Error (F02) WHICH shrank MY TO 2 PURE EXTRA FINE MERINO WOOL& CASHMERE. SO FOR 5 DAYS, WE DID WASH WITH HAND . FOR 8 PERSONS.

This was our second time staying here but first time as a family. I’m so fond of this place as it is central to the strip in the new town. The pool is brilliant & the apartments are gorgeous! My second time to visit and it’s just as nice as I remember it to be

The only thing that was unpleasant was a smell that lingered in the fridge. Wasn’t actually sure what it was but everytime you came back to the apartment it would be smelly from the fridge

The location is perfect, literally right near the night life but not so you can't sleep from the noise. Also, the bitch is literally closer than the nightlife.

The way they treat stag dos is somewhat sad. I guess they have had bad experiences before. The deposit scheme is the worst I have seen! So high for same sex groups! The other thing I didn't like was that our apartment was not on the main site so we had to walk around the building to get to the reception. We didn't visit the pool as we heard how strict they are so decided not avoid it.

The staff were not pollute, especially the staff at the pool. My husband was told off by an unpleasant individual for having a towel from the room at the pool. we won’t be going back.

Location/ cleanliness/ all mod cons and two bathrooms for a three bed apartment with 7 sharing was brilliant

Manager at reception was awful, insisted we pay a €1750 deposit for being a group of 7 friends ( not a hen party) even though total costs to stay was €841 for three nights . It’s at the discretion of the hotel to do this but it’s inflexible and they were rude and unhelpful when we challenged this amount - definitely needs review , most places would take an agreed set deposit or a 10/20% cost which would be fine. If they are losing this much to groups then don’t take groups !! They tried to tell me it was a booking . Com problem too which it wasn’t . I had the email off them earlier in the week to say if I identified as a hen / stag to let them know so they’d take deposit which I didn’t because we weren’t. Interestingly also a stag of 18 men arrived same time very obviously a stag so they have no issue with groups and were very nice to these boys giving them 4 drinks vouchers each to get drunker while they waited for their rooms to be made up whilst because they started checking them in at the same time as us our check in took 45 minutes when we had already pre paid and needed only keys !! Staff are the only negative about this place ! It’s also unusual that we had free cancellation up to 2 days prior to arrival yet they took the full amount off my card nearly a week before we got there!
