The location was perfect. Excellent facilities. Polite and bilingual staff who were on hand if required. The apartment was immaculate with a great view. 👍🏻

No negatives. We'd happily stay here again and recommend this place to our friends and family.

Room was clean and well equipped, large balcony, good beds, nice bathroom, great value for money. Kitchen well equipped.

A bit further out of town but no big deal for us, for a week stay a rental car would probably be recommended

Quite a walk to pick up keys,especially with a suitcase.

Lovely apartment once we were finally able to get the key and find it! Great location to the bars/restaurants along the beachfront. Lots of nice walks nearby too.

It was a nightmare checking in and collecting the keys from another hotel and we wasted over 1 hour driving around to find it etc, which was not ideal after a long days hiking!! Would have been great to have some provisions ie washing up liquid and/or tea/coffee too. The workmen working on the house across the road were also noisy with machinery, which is not the fault of the apartments but did mean early wake up calls!!

location was great, right near the beach and the pool was lovely.

there was no communication that where we were checking in wasn’t where we were staying. so they had us take all our suitcases out of the car and when I asked how to get to the hotel she said it was just down the road. it was actually far further than that which should have been communicated as we ended up walking the suitcases 15/20 minutes down the road when we could have easily driven if that was communicated.

The apartment was comfy and immaculately clean. There was an obviously high standard of maintenance. The staff were all incredibly helpful

We love staying here - its close to everything as well as being out enough that its not too much noise at night. Pool is super and its clean and tidy, collecting keys was a nightmare but we knew this as we have stayed before, there was some codes to get in but this still needs smoothing out. Really great that there was plenty of towels and books to select from and close to all the shops and food / beach.

Need to try and remedy the key situation, we ended up being given a master physical key as the card never worked, please also consider getting a coded room to store bags in once checked out. You can drop them to the main hotel but this is a 10 minute walk.

Spotless! Modern & literally has everything you need. Lovely staff. Loved the location, away from hustle & bustle but close enough to walk to.

The apartment was big and spacious. Functional kitchen Nice balcony. Plenty of storage space. Lifts to all floors

There are approx 10 steps down to the entrance which is tricky if you have heavy bags. The pool area is very narrow. If everybody used the pool at the same time it would be packed with little space to walk round. There are sun loungers but no tables and chairs. The walls are thin and at times the place was very noisy with other guests moving chairs and slamming doors. The front of the apartments were just feet from the pool so there was no privacy in the lower apartments Cleaning was cursory

First class apartment, very comfortable, plus spacious balcony, it had everything we needed.

It’s a lovely wee apartment And central for everything , we have stayed there twice in the last few years albeit it was for one night .

Not having anyone at check in and having to go to the hotel for key and check in. Shower was pretty powerful and flooded the bathroom due to drainage unable to keep up with the flow.

Great position and use of pool and The Lemon Bar was an added bonus

Very clean, functional apartments. Quiet location, small building. We really like these apartments as they are just what you need, well-maintained and in a lovely quiet spot one row back from the Pine Walk, out of the busier town centre. Will use again when visiting Puerto Pollensa. Check-in is a walk away but not a problem if you know what to expect.
