Parking was ok, it was secured
During the night, there was big nosiy from night club, which made us couldnt sleep.
It was deal breaker, the Hotel should have warned the guests or have done on special sound proof window, its very negative comment on it.

Free parking, quiet rooms
The mattresses were simply bad on all beds of the 2 rooms we got. You lied on the bed and then you “we’re sucked” in the middle of the mattress. Besides that, the breakfast was relatively poor for what has been paid; the waitress was a bit rude and the quantity of the food was really low, although we were early enough at the table.

Very good location from my perspective. Nice room, nice view, nice staff
I didn't know the restaurant was closed at that night. At my arrival, the room was very very cold.

Decent rooms, lots of space and facilities were decent.
No minibar or fridge, if needed for a morning treat or insulin storage etc. Location was a bit out of the way for Paris tourism. Hard to take metro and kept getting dinged by Uber. Felt like it was a massive day trip everytime we headed out loaded with stuff because a trip back to the hotel was a hike.

the disco next door and the lack of climatisation in the rooms. sleep not possible. In summer you have to choose heat or open window with extrem loud music and people the whole night.

the staff was really kind , polite and helpful . Room was a good size and clean.Breakfast was quite varied.

The staff were very nice
The breakfast can get better.
The elevator should get fixed so you don't feel like it ganna fall any second.
The bar outside should stop playing loud music after midnight.
We were supposed to stay in a room with a bathtub but the room we got had only shower.

Open plan reception area. Clean rooms. Reception staff very helpful and accomodating. Service by the Brazilian reception staff was exceptional.
Seating area in reception is showing signs of age and beginning to look tatty, chairs and sofas were very worn.
The rooms were clean, but there was no bottom sheet on my bed.
Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms.
Rooms very hot, no air conditioning.

Great staff always try to help ... internet not working properly and a restaurant opposite playing music until 2 sm . Also no aircon on hot summer in Europe

Free parking options made the property attractive to us. It is close to the bus stop and a 20min walk to the train station. The staff is helpful and friendly. They open buffet breakfast reasonably all right.
There was no room ventilation, the neighbourhood was too noisy to open the windows. The room appeared clean, but the toilet wasn't. The property was not well maintained.

Location was too far from the main attractions and the club next door to the was loud with music into the night for sleeping. Till 2 am.
