the location of this property is fantastic. 15 minutes slow walk down to a wonderful beach. there is a great pool as well.

there are set check in times. We had to wait till 4pm. You have to make your own bed and clean the apartment, strip the beds etc when you leave. They take 109€ deposit which is only refunded when the apartment is checked AFTER you leave so it’s their word against yours.

the appartment was not very clean, floors look like they haven t been washed. pool as well lacked maintenance. long queue to get our keys and gates closed until 5pm

Not very comfortable , noisy from partying neighbours all night literally outside our window , and no one to assist with this matter . We were only there one night to rest for on going journey ti Spain . Which was not the case

The hotel has asked us for a deposit, and has not given it back yet. They do not reply to the chat nor answer to the calls

The surrounding area, very rural and peaceful. But still with lots of grocery stores and supermarkets less then 20 minutes away. Staff was polite. They kept some of our stuff on their storage room after the check out, so that we could go surf one last time. Kitchen had plenty of utensils enough for 8 people for 3 meals per day. 3 Pool areas fit for all sizes.

The wifi was abysmal, to the point of being almost non-existent, probably a router serving 20 houses. The cellular data quality or reception was bad due to being remote(served as a digital detox, which is good... I guess). The TV channels were bad, only ads, nothing really informative, listenable or watchable. (Being in French was not a problem though) There is a 300€ deposit, that forces us to clean the house following a set of steps. We are sure that we cleaned dust and dirt from previous owners. There should be room cleaning service after each checkout. Cleaning 100% should not be a criteria for the deposit. Only if something is broken. No kitchen towels for easy cleaning of dishes.

Good location

Felt like a cabin I would stay in when going on a school trip. Was handed a bunch of sheets and linen to install myself. The cabin stank and after efforts of trying to air it out we just had to live with the smell. Smell was a combination of humidity and sewerage. There were hundreds of small flies in the bathroom. No proper curtains on the windows. No wifi. Strict check out at 10am. Must remove towels and bed linen myself and carry to reception desk. Must clean the bin myself or was told i would be charged €100 deposit cleaning fee. Old furniture from the early 90s. Reception desk closed at 8pm. All of this for €130 for 1 night! There is really nothing positive I can say except it is in an OK location. About 6 minutes drive to the beach. In summary i definitely would not recommend this accommodation to anyone

Helpful and welcoming staff we needed to stay in the area to complete family business we could take the dog as well very well organized site all amenities needed for the stay available in the apartment

The apartment was a little dated and could probably do with a refresh in my opinion but otherwise everything needed was there

It was a reminder of what butlins was like in the 1950 very poor the flat stank no one had been in the rooms since lockdown walls had stains it looks like it had been cleaned with wet dirty cloth they didn't even open the doors /window's to let the smell out seven hour drive and we consider sleeping in the car it was that bad they did offer 2 Moore place's on the complex they were just as bad you should not go thier it needs pulling down

Nice staff and location

They told us we were located in a 6-people-room but barely 3 people could fit there.

Spacious house, in very nice garden, space between houses, comfortable parking next to the house, quiet place, great spot for travelling, close to the beach, town, bike rental, other towns

The towels and sheets and final cleaning are provided for up to 6 nights. We stayed 7 so had to organize it ourselves.

Overall the size of house was good.

Reception staff although friendly did not share any valuable information. I asked about restaurants close by and was told to go into town. On driving around I found a number of good options in walking distance and even a food van located on the property for guests! Also I asked about supermarkets and again told to go into Ondres, when there was a family run supermarket just around the corner! Parking is not near rooms. We had to carry bags and equipment to the house, parking is next to rooms and was a problem for us. I’m sure it would also be a problem for the elderly.

It was well organised from a covid perspective. The location close to the beach is wonderful.

The room was not ready at the moment and we had a problem with some needed a shower.

Good location, Biarritz, Bayanne, San Sabestian are within an hour driving. Close to a good cyclying route. Free parking by the apartment. Reasonably good swimming pool. A surfing beach is a mile away from the appartment.

Appartment is tiny, bunk beds and old style sofa beds are only suitable for kids. Though the appartment appeared to have cleanned, bathroom needed a deep clean before use. Worst of all, they have yet to refund me my deposit despite promising it would be in the accounts within hours. Their contact number is not working. Lodged a complaint with booking.com.
