Das Frühstück ist einem solchen Hotel nicht würdig, das Service Personal im Restaurant ist schlecht geschult und und indisponiert.

Beautiful location/views. Attentive staff.

Soft bed. There was not enough evening restaurant staff, at times they appeared scrambling. Those who were there did their best, considering.

Schönes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse, phantastisches Frühstück mit traumhaften Blick. Wunderbar abgelegen und ruhig. Genau das Richtige um sich ein paar Tage zu erholen.

Im Restaurant hätte noch etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail gut getan. Unsere Cocktails waren leider nichts. Die Qualität des Essens war aber ansonsten sehr gut.

Le site est très beau et mérite mieux

Ce n’est plus un mas , les chambres ont un vis à vis direct ce sont plus des bungalows que des chambres le restaurant est trop petit au vu du nombre de chambre .

The view was amazing. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed our patio area. Nice, warm pool and long length pool towels.

The staff, while very attentive and kind were not very knowledgeable about the area. For example, where to see lavender fields or answer a question about the rock hillside with holes in it that is adjacent to the property, their lunch recommendation in Gordes was poor, basically an average pizza/Italian restaurant. We opted for charcuterie, and decided that we would have an early dinner instead.

So calm and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This wasn’t the quality of a relais and chateau. The main staff behind the desk, aside from one knowledgeable one who was rarely there during our 3 day stay had nothing to offer in terms of recommendations or knowledge of the area.they couldn’t even find a map to provide us. The Bistro is closed and the restaurant service was awful. We have stayed at four hotels on this vacation and this one was by far the worst. We would not recommend it.

The atmosphere was lovely. Lovely views. Very helpful staff. Pool great. Nice touches were the complimentary mini bar and the weather report each evening for the next day.

The house keeping for the room was a bit hit and miss. Eg, bath mats/ robes removed, not replaced without asking. But other than that everything was really good.
