Die Betreuung und der Service allgemein waren hervorragend, ebenso ist die Sauberkeit positiv hervorzuheben.

walking distance to altstadt. pretty quiet area. the little terrace for breakfast, the breakfast further had fresh fruits (apple, apricot, strawberries, etc) which is rare

Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices available.. Room was large and comfortable.

The employees were very helpful an kind. Their is a bar and restaurant. It look like a authentic hotel from the past which was great experience. And it has all comforts of current needs. Enough parking and supermarkets nearby. Special attention for our 1 year old baby which was wonderful (wunderbar)!

The furniture and bathroom are a bit outdated but all functioned fine and was clean. Extra sheets for the babybed next time. Thanks

Was ok you had choice of everything

Room was to small for 2 people, also it was very warm

Simple, clean rooms, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Our room at the back was very quiet.

Lack of air conditioning meant it was very hot at night (it was 30 degrees in Koblenz during our stay), but the fan in the room helped us sleep.

Breakfast was nice and included to the price.

Hotel is located quite far away from city centre, I had to take a bus.
