Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und schmackhaft. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und bietet eine schöne Sicht auf den Herrenteich.
Das Bad müsste teilweise erneuert werden.

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Gerne noch mehr vegetarische oder sogar vegane Produkte! Aber es wurde sich sogar auf glutenfreie Backware vorbereitet.
Das Personal am Empfang darf gerne freundlich und auf Augenhöhe sein, dann würde man den Aufenthalt in schöner, freudiger Erinnerung behalten.

Zentral gelegen.
Die Matratzen sind durch; für eine Nacht ok, aber nicht länger. Und ich konnte wirklich vergleichen, weil ich das Zimmer wechseln musste (defekter Ablüfter im Bad) und wurde im Doppelbettzimmer untergebracht.
Und genau DAS ist wichtig bei der Übernachtung!
Fehlende Lichtquelle direkt am/über Badspiegel - das ist ungünstig beim Schminken, Frisieren, ect.
Parkplätze zu eng aneinander; hatte gleich am 2. Abend einen tiefen Kratzer und Farbreste vom Neben-Auto auf meine Fahrerseite, aber, aus Datenschutzgründen konnte das Hotel nicht sagen wer der Halter ist - ging nur über Anzeige gegen unbekannt! Ätzend!
Und dafür noch €7 die Nacht!
Laute Gäste (Monteure) die bis in die Nacht draußen vor der Anlage lauthals gefeiert haben. Sie waren da als den Empfang noch besetzt war und man konnte im Foyer sehr wohl das Getümmel hören - ALLE konnten es hören! Da muss doch irgendwie ein Mitarbeiter darauf hinweisen Stille walten zu lassen aus Rücksicht gegenüber den anderen Gästen!

The single room is good value. Late night staff was very helpflul pointing me to a restaurant which was still serving (good!) Greek food just a five minute walk away. Free parking until 8am at Gutenbergstrasse, just 100m away from the hotel entrance. (Google Maps does not "know" that you can just walk there passing the "Kulturhaus")
7 Euro parking fee seems high to me - but I don't know the pricing of the public parking during daytime.

Exceptional breakfast. The location of the hotel is good, close to the museums and restaurants, all within walking distance.
Reception was efficient, but not always friendly.

Its very very clean and kept well organized and tidy. The single bed was extremely big and cosy.
I came in mid January and it was warm. The room was well equipped with big tv and big shower room.
I didn't like that they asked for mor money for the parking space, though they didn't specify that before

breakfast, exept the first receptionist, staff was friendly and willing to help....
unfriendly when want to checkin early, they didnt match our desires we asked for, small rooms, hotel looks old and looks like its under construction, mini bar empty, remote didnt work, no beverages, no coffeemashine nor waterboiler or anything, lift broken, extra payment for parking wich was not in the prescription.... everything looked much better on pics then in real... the surounding outside was not pretty and delightful.... it looked sad, old, sometimes like a ghost town.... hard to find a food at daytime....
the breakfast was pretty nice, but for a 4 star hotel - we are used to 3 star hotels way better then this one.....
also not nice when theres loud vacuumcleaning in front of your door, way before checkout time ....

The hotel was difficult to locate - the driveway was difficult to find and the photo on Tripadvisor was misleading.

A lot of Covid attention and measures but not in the breakfast room.

The location and the facilities: close to restaurants, shopping are and a swimming pool. Also quite some space for the family of 3 at a reasonable price

Would not recommend.... We were the only guests and they charge us 5 euro for a small water and 7 euro for parking ! ( Our car was the only car in the nearest 500 meters ) There were may be 50 vacant parking lots :)
Minibar was empty? Breakfast average to poor ...All night we listen water drops falling from the roof on our window board. Not good... You need to be scientist to switch on the light in the bathroom. Have to hold the button pressed for 15 seconds ... That was crazy...
