Der Frühstücksservice war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, die Auswahl war in Ordnung, aber nicht überwältigend. Das Angebot an Essen und an Getränken im Restaurant fanden wir sehr ansprechend, die Zubereitung war gut, schmackhaft, die Preise waren fair. Während unser Zimmer funktional eingerichtet war, konnte man im Restaurant eher eine gemütliche, urige Atmosphäre spüren.

Very nice accomodation with nice restaurant in the same building. There you can eat and drink some nice local wines. Interesting point in restaurant is that you can eat inside former wine barrels. Breakfast is also worth of buying (8 €/person/night), on top of buffet form of breakfast you can order scrambled or sunny-side-up eggs which are freshly made to your order.

Good selection for breakfast. Restaurant was nice. Loved having dinner in the giant wine barrels. Very impressive. Simsheim station a bus ride away.

Reception opens late. Wasn't anyone there to deal with early checkout.

The breakfast was very good, and so was the restaurant for dinner. The staff were friendly. We stayed for our wedding anniversary. They did a few special touches, and we had a room with a view of the castle.

Just so you know, the castle view is on the street side of the building, so there is some road noise.

Well located for a stopover to our ski-destination. Price-quality ratio quite acceptable. Friendly staff and all amenities provided. Clean room and bathroom.

Breakfast on the Saturday only as from 8h30, which is too late.

The cask restaurant was excellent, the wine superb!

On our way back from Legoland Resort Deutschland we wanted to visit the Technik Museum Sinsheim. The hotel is just a few kilometres away, totally on the country side and super quiet. It was nice that we could park the car in front of the hotel, throw our luggage in our room and go for dinner in one of the special wine barrels. The family room is one big room with a double bed and a bunkbed for the kids, luckily our kids fell asleep immediately and we could relax a little longer. Also was the room very clean. Good breakfast the next morning! We liked that the room was totally dark and super quiet; we had a good night sleep! Good Internet connection!

Nothing really. The room was maybe a little basic, but for a night sleep you don't need more.
