Nunca me avisaron que no estaba habilitada la piscina, Ayer con 30 grados la habitación sin aire era insoportable estar en ella.

Desayuno INCREIBLE, muy rico todo lo que probamos, y acompañado de unas vistas hermosas y confort del salon. Cena un 10, pedimos ñoquis (ricasos) y una hamburguesa y estaban calientes nos lo trajeron bastante rapido modo room service. La habitacion amplia, impecable y muy confortable. La pileta una pasada, desde adentro conecta afuera y tiene una vista hermosa.

Algo caro para la economía argentina, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es bariloche.

No booking aparece um valor, ao pagar em dinheiro (dólar) na hora te cobram 20% a mais. Achei isso uma falta de respeito.

The pool was beautiful and the view from the dining area was beautiful.

The walls of the rooms were really thin. We got woken up multiple times and could hear everything from the hallways / workers outside. The food we ordered for lunch was pretty bad.

The bedrooms are in 2 other buildings from reception. The staff were pleasant but the whole feel was very corporate. Most rooms don’t have a view of the lake. We paid for an upgrade. We were asked to pay for tea bags even though there was a kettle in the room. The morning coffee at breakfast was not hot. Not sure why. Otherwise breakfast good.

I highly encourage those attracted by the brand name to lower their expectations before booking, as this hotel is not a luxury high-end one despite its fancy design, as you can tell from the price. First, surprisingly, during my check-in, both of the two receptionists lacked even basic level of English fluency, which made the conversation awfully difficult. The girls were trying so hard to make themselves understood and I'm not blaming them personally, but shouldn't the hotel have done more to accommodate international tourists? Second, the telephone line in the room was ill-connected so that every time I picked up the phone, there was no signal until I mannually pull-and-push the wire to make it through. Third, the housekeeper NEVER checked and replenished the Minibar, even after I informed the frontdesk of this problem and they promised to notify the housekeeper. The Minibar was still NEVER replenished. They didn't even know what I had consumed when I checked out and had to ask me. Forth, don't book it if you don't have a car. It's far from everything. You always have to grab a bus either to the city center for a meal or to the scenic spots. And in order to do that, you must prepare a SUBE card in the first place. Why not book one at the center of the city where you can find nice restaurant just down the stairs? (BTW, the food offered by the hotel was definitely below average. Don't try it.) Moreover, it's literally built on the hill. You'll have to do a mini-hiking every time going back. Indeed, they offer on-demand van services, which was sweet, but the reception itself is on the halfway hill and it's just too inconvenient. Fifth, if you are obsessed with the nice view, make sure you pick the more expensive room types.

The location it's very nice, some employees were very sociable. The breakfast was nice, the drinks were very delicious

A lot of rules in the hotel, like I couldn't work in restaurant and the workstation was terrible with not the proper facilities. I borrowed two glasses of champagne and was necessary to pay for this. This is uncomfortable.
