Value for money, especially when you get the top floor room with balcony. Nice view over Turin overnight. Easy to find free parking space around the area, short hop from the metro station, plenty of open late restaurants if you check in late. Very friendly staff, explaining how to enter and check-in into the room when you arrive late (after 22.00). Can truly recommend, would stay again without doubts.

Not much actually, the WiFi could be better.

The breakfast was sufficient with yoghurt, toast, ham, cheese, cereals etc. but I did miss vegetables. The coffee - as everywhere in Italy - was great! Personnel at the hotel was very helpful and nice. The rooms were very basic; mine was big but filled with one queen bed and two single beds. The toilets were small but obviously rather lately renovated.

The sound isolation could have been better. Also the room was very basic, no paintings hanging on the walls or anything that would cheer up the guest. However, the room was clean. We were in Turin for the Salone Libro and therefore stayed in the Lingotto area. The fair venue was a mere 15 mins walk away, so very good location for going to the convention centre which is in Lingotto. From there, it was easy to take a metro to the city.

I loved staying in this hotel. There were places to eat just nearby and it's in a very safe neighborhood. A nice park if you want to walk outside and it's a good location.

Perfect location with dog, in a nice park, with tram city center easy to reach. nice staff, good breakfast and more option to dine in close proximity.

The staff were friendly. They gave us a map so we could find the tram (quite a long walk) but when we found the tram stop we couldn't understand if it went to the town centre or not so we ended up getting a taxi. The shower was hot. There were good blackout shutters. The room was a good size.

This hotel was super noisy inside. The people in the room next to ours got up at before 6am and woke us up. They used their wc and it sounded like it was in our room (!) The beds were very narrow. The breakfast was OK but limited in choice to other hotels of this level and price bracket. Basically cereal, yoghurt, pastries and cake and a small amount of fruit. No hot option at all. No eggs. It felt like this hotel was literally miles from the town centre (15e in a taxi one way). Perhaps it's more of a workers hotel? I didn't feel overly safe after dark in this neighbourhood.

Full package. Personnel and facilities are excellent, and it is good value for money.

Requested for an early check-in and the staff responded via email within a few minutes with a positive response. Very warm and courteous staff. Hotel furniture, interior design is a bit outdated however it does not hamper the comfort and value for money.

The high point was the very friendly staff, from front desk to cleaning staff. Good breakfast service. Good location, fairly close to bus and train lines that connect with downtown.

If I have to point one thing is that the walls are thin and you can hear the room next door. But it's a minor detail considering the whole stay.

The place was very nice and well located as we were participating in a conference at Lingotto Congress Centre. The staff is really nice and welcoming and the breakfast was great. Quite a few cozy restaurants around (nothing fancy, but food was really good). We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

Plenty of choices for breakfast and quick coffee service. The location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting the city center, with a direct line stopping a minute from the hotel. The room was quite big, and the staff was very friendly.

Only one elevator in the hotel, which caused queues in front of it especially after checking in.

The room was really small and we didn't see a picture of it before booking. We knew that we had booked an economy room, but we based our selection of the hotel on images of the rooms we saw here. Non was as small and basic as the room we were placed in. I feel that we were fouled in a way.

The staff was very kind, educated and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The room and toilet were very clean.
