Neat and clean Room. 7-10 mins to the airport by car.

The air con in the room had some software issues which the staff quickly fixed on letting them know.

The hosts were very nice, breakfast was nice, the bed was really comfy and clean.the parking area was plenty too.

The room was disappointing to be honest, it wasn't the cleanest room I've stayed in. The walls were all marked and dirty. The bath is really high so it would be a struggle for a older person to get the "leg over" for a shower.

Nice hotel, the spa bath was great, everything was clean and well. Biggest thank you to Alessia in the reception who provided help with everything possible and was very friendly.

Cleaners started vacuuming very loud very early in the morning in quite a few rooms around. Also there was no DND card for the door, so we only hoped they won't enter our room too.

I visited Naples 3 times and this time i decided to stay at Hotel Europa. It was very clean and with a modern setting which was better than some of the ones i stayed in the past. Staff was super friendly and ready to help us. It was good value for money. Location isn't the best, but they have a door from the back side which is then walking distance to some shops. Staff is available 24/7 which is nice if you need them.

The location was the only thing that i didn't like. It is located with the highway. I choose this location because my purpose of travel was purely to pick up some documents from DHL which was closer to it and to the airport. So if you are looking for something close to the airport, i highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was included in the price and package but i didn't manage to take it since flight was early morning and breakfast wasn't available yet. They did offer a coffee though. Maybe a suggestion would be that hotel will provide a small packed breakfast for those with early flights. For sure it would be highly appreciated by travellers.

Very cooperative staff, friendly and the room was awesome for the value of money. It was newly renovated and very clean.

Without car the location is not reachable on public transport and it's on highway and you can't even walk to the nearest station so you have to call a taxi. Just consider in your budget.

The breakfast has limited items. The location is far away from the city center,no public transportation, no shuttle bus and the private taxi hasn't fixed prices and the price depends on the taxi driver who tends to try by different impolite ways to take your money.

Only a girl from staff called Guisy and young man from the staff from Gampia anther staff not cooperative.

All the hotel I did not like it is far away from Napoli Centrale by car17 to19 km which let the taxi each time take 50 € for one way there is no public transportation from the hotel to Napoli Centrale and this is agap the hotel the place not comfortable.

The room and environment were really clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were so friendly and helpful too, very considerate as they gave me an option to cancel my booking just after one night of stay after discovering that the my conference location was very far from them. I will definitely recommend this to others.

I did not quite understand the description of the room I paid for compared to what I met. I thought there were two different things but the good reception and friendliness from the hotel staff cover for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Europa Hotel, the hotel is well located and was immaculate. All staff were friendly and helpful especially Dario who was extremely pleasant and very helpful at all times including helping us to organise our onward trip. He really was excellent, polite efficient and courteous and made our stay even more enjoyable.
