Very nice place, nice room, great location near the train station, friendly staff.

My neighbors were banging around a lot in the early morning. I think the door between the two rooms was thin, or maybe they were bumping into the door itself from the other side. No fault of the hotel's.

Everything. Very good location within the city center. Great team and very clean. Breakfast is great. We received an upgrade to the room. For a family of 4 adults and 2 kids, it was perfect.

Staff were lovely and friendly in both the reception and dining room. Location is perfect for the town and train station to Venice. Staff found train times for us too - very helpful without being asked - large rooms and great to have a bath in the room too

Lovely, very clean room, fab showers I the new part of the hotel. This hotel is 5 minutes walk to train station and close to the town centre and also near a park and lots of trees. Excellent location and very quite. Beautiful balcony for eating breakfast. Great selection of food and fruit for breakfast. All the staff were so helpful, esp Robert and a young lady who was in training. We enjoyed a refreshing and beautiful cycle along the river path on bikes provided by the hotel. Treviso is a beautiful, relaxed town, lots of tasty restaurants. 30-40 minutes by train to Venice an easy day trip. Thanks so much to the Carlton hotel, I'd highly recommend a stay here.

The good side of the hotel is its location in the center of Treviso. Everything is within a 5-minute walk. Guarded parking for passengers arriving by car is a great advantage. Still, only if you can reserve it and it costs 15 euros per day. Fair price, but please note that you must book it because there are only 18 places. The hotel staff is friendly and welcomes pets

Do not expect too much from the hotel itself and the accommodation rooms. For the money invested, you won't get adequate space.

Location was very good as it was central and close to what we needed.

Not a lot of hot water

hotel is very old and rooms are very cold and we begged for heating on both nights, after the third time we called reception we told them we will leave they finally switched it on, after midnight. we had been calling since 9.30 pm. beds are with cotton sheets and a horrible old wooden blanket! no quilts in all hote , weather outside 4 degrees at night .

i booked a superior room but they give me standard room.. i didnt noticed at first until 3 days and i checked my booking.. i went to ask the reception and he insisted that our room is a superior then i showed him the difference from what i have booked.. then later on he said well its just a little bit difference, then they transfered us to other room(superior with sofa and bigger room)after. they should check well before they give rooms to their costumer.. first time i experienced such. feel disappointed. they didnt even say sorry they just keep on insisting that nothing is difference. and booking.com and their own website have different class of rooms. the breakfast was a little bit more on carbs… they dont serve salads, only tomatoes and pickles.
