Situation de l hotel top.

We had a great breakfast every morning with very friendly staff. The hotel is in a perfect area to see Cuneo. It is right off the main shopping/walking street (Via Roma).

Very nice historical hotel in the center of Cuneo that hosted some notable guests in the past. A spacious room with a kettle, nice bathroom, I have really enjoyed my stay. The host on the reception was really nice and booked me a restaurant for the Saturday evening. I would come back next time :).

Everything was very good. On a particular note, the owner and the personnel were very helpful, kind, friendly and professional. Our stay was really comfortable. The hotel is also pet friendly.

All the staff that I met with including the person on the reception desk the early evening of the 29.9.22 were so friendly it really did make my stay more enjoyable

What a nice hotel. The staff offers a perfect service. Parking garage nearby. Staff will accompany the guest to that garage. Service to carry suitcases to the room. Very nice interior, classic and tasteful. The location is the best, right at the main shopping street with large arcades in order to stay out of the sun of rain. We will certainly come back

The location

Establishment was not accommodating to my family. Travelling with two young children can be stressful enough! However during the stay my son who has autism had a nose bleed which went on the bed sheets! I had already asked them to come and clean the room, was told that I would need to vacate the room before it could be cleaned ( which felt very odd!). I would not say the room was a mess apart from a little blood and some sweet wrappers. We left the room and went about our day, upon arrival I was told that we needed to vacate the property the next day as the room was total mess! I asked to speak to the manager, which I did....who was very confrontational and not professional in the slightest. After staying at numerous hotels around the world, I asked him what was the purpose of the cleaners for the room? To which he replied he decides who stays there, despite me being a paying customer. I did say that I would be leaving a review of the hotel to which he replied, that if I did I would be hearing from his lawyer, with that he stormed off. I sincerely would not recommend any people with children to stay at this establishment. For the price they also charged I do not think it was good value due to lack of facilities.
