We loved everything about this hotel!! The staff are very welcoming and efficient during the check in process. The hotel is clean and beautiful and the view from our room is amazing!!

Nothing!! The only thing I won't like is checking out to leave!!

location and cleanliness

my wife was making a very small plate (2 rolls) for breakfast to take to room for my daughter, who had injured her ankle and was unable to come down herself. an employee from down there became very indignant about that and embarrassed her and my son publicly. I don’t appreciate that and he is very lucky I wasn’t down there. Very disrespectful! He needs to be taught some manners before someone breaks his nose!

Hotel had no style and poor service and poor shuttle service to Taormina running at strange hours, not a bad place but not what we expected and should have done more researched before we booked

Location, staff, views were amazing.

Decor was out dated. Carpets, bathroom, lighting all a bit old and could do with a re-vamp. Also the food and drink at the hotel was far too expensive so we bought food and drinks from outside and ate in the hotel room. If the prices for food and drinks were not so high, it would have encouraged us to spend more money at the hotel.

everything was very nice, location, the cave, the pool, the shore, breakfast, service were all great.

The shower head was in a weird location, and you couldn’t take a proper shower without getting the bathroom floor totally wet.

more transfers to Taormina

The pool and beach areas were amazing, so unique with the tunnel under the hotel connecting the two.

Some more vegan options at breakfast would be great . Especially non dairy milk.

Great ocean-front location on the overhanging cliff. Staff very hospitable. Very good breakfast buffet. The restaurant and bar service excellent too.

Rooms somewhat dated but spacious. An uncomfortable smell seemed to linger in the room at times (bathroom/tiles? ).

The hotel needs a serious upgrade with the rooms., the location is amazing, thats why i come back ever year. But it is indeed overpriced. Usually its around 500 euro, should be around 300 for what it is.

Fab hotel for a friends reunion, great to have pool and beach and nice quiet rooms

we don’t normally stay in such a large hotel and it needs a little updating and more regular shuttles to town but it was great
