La ubicació. Estava nèt.

La cisterna del lavabo gotejava a diferents intensitats durant tota la nit. Al gener fred a fora, però hem hagut de dormir amb la finestra oberta , ja que feia moltíssima calor i no podiem regular el termostat. El personal sec , ni amable ni descortés.

The location is great, the bed is huge and comfy, the staff very helpful, very clean and nice fragrance within the hotel, great internet.

The breakfast was really poor. Even though the timing of the breakfast was from 7:30 to 10:30, at 9AM you could not find warm stuff to have, only pastries and salamis.

The location is fantastic. At the city center and close to all the main attractions. The room was great (there could be some shelves, but in general great). The personnel was very nice and attentive. 100% recommendable.

loved the location, the old building renovated to a hotel was cool. very clean

it was very loud. the noise from the street but also inside, the other guests talking and flushing toilets and taking showers kept us up all night

The location

1) they did not let us park in front more than a few minutes whilst it was their parking space 2) I ASKED FOR AN INVOICE ON MAY 6 and GOT NO ANSWER FROM THEM. SORRY THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

The staff were polite.

The rooms were dated one charging point very noisy could hear next door in the shower and toilet even with the blinds closed we could hear road noise and we were on the fourth floor.

Great check-in experience, fantastic location and availability of 7.30am breakfast.

The bacon and eggs supplied in the buffet were cold. Unfortunately there were NO english language channels on the TV at all. It would be great to be able to get the BBC world news.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The receptionist, Edouard, spoke excellent English and gave useful tips about bike riding ( skip breakfast.)

You can't see the Mediterranean from the bedroom window.

The staff on the reception desk were really friendly. I wanted to practice my Spanish so they accommodated that and were really helpful with providing orientation to the city. The room was very clean and comfortable and as we were staying early in the week, the rate was very reasonable. The location was amazing - just at the edge of the river and across the bridge from the old town, near the shops and all the main historical sites. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel and Girona as a place to visit for a few days.

Staff on reception were super friendly. From arrival to leaving, couldn't have been more helpful. Stored our luggage and allowed us a key to a larger bathroom to get changed when we returned from cycling. WiFi worked great everywhere. Excellent location in the center of Girona

Room was a little old fashioned and no English TV channels, but that is being picky

It appears that they recently performed an extensive renovation (the staff explained to me that the floor my room was on had recently been renovated) and the hallways and room were absolutely clean and beautiful. My room was small but perfect for me, with a brand new bathroom.

My only issue was that I think the room thermostat was not set on “heat”but perhaps only on “fan” as there was a slight chill in the room and the hallway was actually warmer than my room. My theory is that the staff, when preparing rooms for new guests, leave the setting on “fan”…. the problem is that there are so many brands of thermostats and it was impossible for me to figure out how to adjust the settings? The evening front desk didn’t offer any knowledge about it.
