La possibilità di avere un appartamento per famiglie, cucinare ed il balcone in cui poter consumare pasti. Reception aperta H24 7/7 e possibilità di acquistare escursioni o accessi ai parchi sul loco se necessario. Prossimità al centro bus e ad un supermercato super Dino. Scegliete un piano alto per avere meno rumore. In base agli ospiti, a volte c'è un clima di condivisione, come chi compra enormi giochi d'acqua e li lascia in hotel permettendo ad altri ospiti (specialmente i più piccoli) di approfittarne.

La struttura è un po' datata come gli equipaggiamenti presenti all' interno degli appartamenti.I ventilatori presenti sono delle pale al soffitto. Gli ospiti hanno la pessima abitudine, che si perpetra col ricambio di ospiti continuo, di occupare i lettini della piscina prima ancora che questa apra. Alcuni appongono la propria asciugamano la sera prima, la notte o la mattina prestissimo. La piscina non è sufficientemente grande per accogliere gli ospiti delle due strutture HG, il che fa sì che la mattina sia impraticabile se contante di fermarvi in albergo. Non c'è ascensore per raggiungere gli appartamenti ai piani più alti. La posizione non è poi così centrale rispetto alle spiagge. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione che occorresse prendere l'auto per tutto. C'è animazione in hotel o nelle strutture vicine quasi tutte le sere, il che implica anche dei rumori. Quanto alla calma, questa è aleatoria. Tutto dipende dai vostri vicini, se rumorosi o meno. Molti commenti ci hanno messi in guardia su piccoli furtarelli nelle stanze. Non abbiamo portato nulla di valore e non abbiamo avuto problemi. Peccato che l'appartamento al proprio arrivo sia totalmente vuoto, neanche del sale o dello zucchero. Trovare qualcosa di primo accomodo, anche lasciato dagli ospiti precedenti sarebbe un approccio anche più ecosostenibile.

nice swinmingpool Excellent service from FO receptionist order receptionist who greeted us and resolved some cases next days. I work at Hilton, so really appreciated how he managed, high accountability. Also the tall restaurant manager/ supervisor was good at his job.

Pool attendant needs sacking . Disgraceful attitude towards PAYING guests who he continually bullied and treated with total disrespect about usage of pool beds and use of shaded areas . Made what should have been relaxing time very unpleasant .

Just the hill...

Super location, very close to bus station and harbour, making my excellent trip to La Gomera easier eg my pick up was at 8.25am. The building is pleasing to look at with supermarkets on the same roundabout. My room was ready sooner than the check in time, which was great. I had a lunch at the pool bar. This was huge! I was offered the opportunity to take it away though, which would make the meal excellent value for money.

As a solo traveller in an apartment for 4, I pay a lot per person to holiday. Therefore I was very disappointed that my room had no sun at any point of the day. This made the rooms dark and cool. On the plus side, the apartment was very spacious and comfortable.
