Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Nous avons eu un souci de clim qui a été réparé dès le lendemain. Les tarifs de location de voiture et taxis sont très abordables. La piscine est agréable. Idéalement placé près des commerces.

La déco des pièces et les meubles pourrait être modernisée. La route est passante et c'est parfois bruyant. La plage située à 150m est surtout adaptée pour les sports de glisse plutôt que pour la plage en famille.

Each and every one of the staff were amazing! We got really good service from the day we arrived to the day we left. Definitely would recommend this hotel. The location is really good: near shops, restaurants etc. but still in really peaceful place. Rooms were clean and there were everything we needed. Pool area is a bit small, but there was room for us everytime we went there so it wasn't a problem. The staff even served foods and drinks from the restaurant to the pool which was really nice.

The room was spacious and very clean with a nice pool view. The pool was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and they helped me to rent a car and book some excursions. The beach is just across the street. I tried the Coconut Restaurant, excellent food and professional service.

Very clean and spacious room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed our dinner at the Coconut Restaurant, delicious greek food and an extended list of greek wines. The location is very convenient, only 15' by bus to Rhodes town and 5' walk to Ixia beach. The pool was nice and clean.

Friendly staff, good size room with good size terrace. Food in restaurant was excellent. In the middle of resort with good shops and bars nearby. Eventhough close to all amenities it was up a side road so not to noisy.

Area around pool was quite small and if people were using the sunbeds you had no room to walk around.

Me and my friend had an execellent stay. The host and the service was so great!! They even put up flowers on our dinner table for us. they are kind to help with everything. they Like to have fun and talk with the guests. The host walks around and talks to everyone, and it is very special and personal. The pool was lovely and there was not so much wind there which made it very nice! and the room was very Big.
