Well maintained property. Only 10 minutes walk from main Oia tourist area and 20 minutes walk from the castle. Beautiful views of pool, sea and the sunset from the room. Anna and Costas look after the guests and the property very well and always available for advice and help with booking tours, transfers etc.. Breakfast is excellent. Self catering property with microwave, stove top and all basic utensils.

Everything was great. there was nothing really to dislike.

We loved the quiet and peaceful location (doesn’t overlook the caldera but better view of sunset from the pool) and the gorgeous view of the sea!! Also loved the pool, the patio, delicious breakfast and the room! Anna was very helpful and responsive to needs and questions! it was a pleasure to meet her. I would stay here again if I come to back to Santorini.

What a wonderful stay! Anna was one of the most helpful hosts we've ever had, and we travel a LOT. She was always around to answer questions, help book things, etc. Also,.the breakfast was absolutely fabulous.

Excellent room, excellent service, excellent staff. Anna was super-friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay. It may not have caldera views, but those are just a short walk away anyway. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was 9 to 11, wish it was earlier on some days since we wanted to started earlier.

Breakfast was good! The view was very nice. And Anna was lovely. She told us a lot about Santorini and was very friendly!!

cleanliness was super. we stayed for 3 nights and cleaning was done everyday and we were given fresh towels. Anna is very kind and helpful, gave us advice where to go and assisted us to book our transportation for our early morning flight.

wish the pool has heater. the wind blowing from the sea makes it very cold to be in the pool so a heated pool would have been perfect.

Ana was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful, great breakfast everyday, good location. We were on our honeymoon and left our first hotel to come to Maria's Place, saved the honeymoon

Delightful stay at Maria's place ! The hosts are adorable and always ready to help you with anything. The appartments are spacious, clean and confortable (the coffee machine with capsules is a kind attention), with a nice balcony, A/V and kitchen. The breakfast buffet is good and copious. Also very nice pool area to relax with a beautiful view on the north side of the island. The location is ideal, it's only a 10 minutes walk from the Oia walking path, very close to the bus station, in a very calm little road between Oia and Finikia. This was a perfect start to our holidays, I recommend Maria's place 100%, I can't think of anything which wasn't perfect.

In the reservation it does not say that these months the heating of the pool is off, they allege that it is because it is summer and the water is warm, and it does not say that the pool is closed at night, even if it is summer in Greece the water in a pool and The sea is always cold, so maybe I didn't see anyone in the pool, I couldn't use it, because it was cold or because it came at night and it was already closed.

Anna the host was delightful. She went out of her way to make our stay special. She is so friendly and patient. She spends lots of time with guests providing advice on the area and helping plan activities. We had a lovely view of the sunset from our room

Maria's Place is a beautiful place. Anna is a lovely host and she is available every time for every our request The breakfast was rich and with fresh and genuine food

During my third day in Maria's Place the pool wasn't perfectly clean

Everything was great! There were many things to choose from at breakfast, the view from the room was amazing, the pool area was calm and clean. Anna the host was incredibly helpful and friendly. What we liked best was the walking distance to Oia - it was a quick walk, but it's just far enough away from the center that it doesn't feel busy and crowded at all. Supermarkets and restaurants are close, too.

Very nice studio’s in a quiet area, just outside the centre of Oia. And a great pool area. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the famous views of the caldera. Another 5 minutes in the opposite way leads you to Finikia, a very small village with narrow alleys where you’ll find at least 2 top restaurants that are quite different from the average tourist restaurant on the ridge in Oia. Anna, the ‘lady of the house’, is a fantastic woman who will do anything to help you discover the island. Gonna miss her wishing us a goodmorning when we gathered for yet another of her terrific breakfasts.

I wish I could give this place more stars! From the check in process to check out, Ana was amazing! She was genuinely kind and extremely helpful! The room was perfect and the breakfast was fantastic
