Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Im Gebäude vor dem Hotel eine Sport- und Karaoke Bar. Gegröle bis spät in die Nacht. Lobby ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Der Boden meines Hotelzimmers "Deluxe" war extrem schmutzig wie man auf dem Foto sehen kann. Der sichtbare Schmutz war das Ergebnis von wenigen Zentimetern. Von Seiten der Rezeption kam keine Entschuldigung, es hieß, ich solle dies dem Reinigungspersonal zeigen. das vorbeikäme. Die Fugen im Badezimmer waren unappetitlich und ungepflegt. Die Matratze war extrem hart.

Loved the location - convenient for both bus and train services. Loved the room - spacious, spotless, great balcony and terrific sea view. Enjoyed the great variety of food for both breakfast and evening meal. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Nothing we didn't like - with the exception of the charge for spa facility. This could so easily be built into the cost of the overall stay instead of a separate charge on arrival.

En mi reserva decía que tenía bañera y no fue así, la recepcionista poco agradable, la cena poco variada, para ser una habitación “luxury” dijeron que podíamos usar el minibar(una botella de agua de 200 ml y una tetera para hacerte un café), el cuarto de baño tenía cosas que arreglar, no repetiría.

Great location, excellent breakfast, a very friendly staff & a beautiful view to the sea:-) It was the second time that we stayed here, but not the last.

Bar and cafe staff weren’t as attentive as we might have liked and the rooms weren’t hugely spacious

Shout out to Giulia/Inma/Isabelle/Sylvia and the dining room team 👏👏 You guys are the best ❤️❤️ Patricia Lounge/cleaning who always spoke to me. 👏The Manager for the excellent training and for taking the time to talk to me 🙏 The property itself is lovely and deserves the 4 star rating. My room was wonderful and well cleaned every day. This is my favourite hotel in Fuengirola and I’ll be back !

Uitzicht op zee; ruime lobby; prima ontbijt

Douche net te koud of te heet; tv die aanbleef (en ja, gezocht naar een stekker); te koud zwembad. Dat Fuengirola niet zo leuk is, lag natuurlijk niet aan het hotel maar hielp niet mee.

Not very sound proofed. Nowhere to sit in the room. Toilet sounds like an airplane toilet. Shower either 100deg or cold.

Siivous toimi erittäin hyvin. Siivoojat olivat kohteliaita ja ystävällisiä. Ulkouima-allas plussaa. Aamiainen oli erinomainen ja henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Vastaanoton henkilökunta vaikutti hieman välinpitämättömältä; eivät tervehtineet, mutta vastasivat kyllä , jos asiakas tervehti ensin.

Erinomainen sijainti. Monipuolinen aamiainen, samoin illallinen. Hinta-laatu -suhde oikein hyvä. Toki olimme sesongin ulkopuolella käymässä joten hotellissa todennäköisesti normaalia hiljaisempaa mutta palvelut silti erinomaiset. Suosittelen!

Wc:ssä oli epämiellyttävä haju joka hävisi seuraavan päivän aikana.

Je viens tous les mois à Fuengirola. J'ai réservé 3 nuits sur ce séjour. Mon père a fait un AVC et j'ai du quitter précipitament pour retourner en France et donc rendre ma chambre. J'ai demandé en geste commercial de reporter ces 2 nuits non faites au prochain voyage. Cela m'a été refusé catégoriquement (avec une mention spéciale à la réceptioniste le soir "ben vous voulez quand même pas que je vous rembourse de mes deniers persos??", sans me demander comment allait mon père). Donc hotel correct mais sens client nul. Je ne viendrai plus jamais et je déconseille fermement cet hotel.

El alojamiento está súper bien ubicado, habitación amplia y muy bonita, cama cómoda, bien equipada

Lo que no me gusto fue llamar una semana antes para reservar un servicio del spa y que nos comentaran que no era necesaria la reserva, que el mismo día podíamos hacerla. Que tanto en la web, como cuando llamamos a recepción nos dieron un precio de un servicio de spa y cuando llegamos a Recepcion ni pudimos reservar, ni el precio era el que aparecía en la página, sin ofrecernos ninguna otra alternativa.

Very bad experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, it was a far cry from the experience I had hoped for. The rooms were plagued by a persistent and unbearable smell that not only forced us out but also resulted in a headache for me. Despite bringing the issue to the manager's attention, the only response we received was a mere apology with no tangible efforts to address the problem. To add to our disappointment, the presence of small worms running around the floor was both unsettling and unsanitary. It's disheartening that our trip was marred by these issues, and the lack of effective resolution from the management only compounded our frustration. I would caution others considering this hotel to be aware of these hygiene and customer service concerns.
