The room was absolutely wonderful, and very close to the beach! A lot of nightlife going on! Cozy and welcoming. The breakfast was very delicious and fresh. Everything exceeded our expectations, we would have stayed longer if possible! 100/10

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our worst hospitality experience to date. The front desk girl, Mariie should not be allowed close to hotels, not to mention working in one... We were faced with a difference between our booking confirmation (2 pers. in a double room) and booking details(1 pers. in a double room),without breakfast option. Situation was dealt in the most unfriendly way. Having chosen a non refundable reservation, we ended up in a no-way-out situation of having to pay a surcharge of 80 euro for 2 nights without having been presented a pricing sheet for this calculation, or being allowed to contact a supervisor to settle the matter. Will never step foot in this hotel again. I recommend you do the same. Plenty of other, much better options out there.

Good location, near to the beach, nice restaurant beneath, friendly staff.

room was more simply furnitured than on the photos. Only one lamp, was hard to read a book during the night, no hairdryer, the carpet had many patches.

The russian, italian and english speaking receptionist was very nice - unfortunately I didn't ask her name. The rooms are spacious and great value for the money. The location is great, too.

Overall very pleasant stay, however the doors/walls aren't the thickest - I could hear my neighbours sometimes.

Ideal location, minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Just outside the hotel there is a lovely pizzeria that we got a take away from and enjoyed on the balcony taking in the views! Hotel staff were very helpful and happy to recommend places to go. Breakfast was very tasty and filled you for a day of adventures. I would recommend this hotel!

Only minor things like the carpet in the bedroom looks quite worn, however after spilling some of my sun tan lotion and leaving a little stain, it's easy to see why.

great location, good breakfast, wifi was ok. the hotel was pretty basic for the price paid. Bed and breakfast, no other facilities provided.

Maid took one of our room keys and told us to claim it at the front desk. Once we asked the front desk, it took a day for them to finally give us the key. By the end of the stay, we were charged 10 euros for missing key. when tried to claim the 10 euros back since it was not our fault, they would only offer us a voucher for our next stay. As a tourist, this is basically saying no politely as the chances of returning in the next 6 months is highly unlikely. Very disappointed in the handling of this issue.

The hotel forgot to informed me about the fact that there are some maintenance works in place, and they cannot host us there. Staright from the railway station we went to the hotel Trieste and it was closed. The reception didn't pick up the phone, neither responded on WhatsApp when I was trying to find out what happened. Finally after 40 minutes the reception lady wrote back to me that we supposed to go to the different hotel. They placed us in hotel Bianca Rosa, also 4* which is 1 km away from the hotel Trieste. The lady said sorry but it didn't change the fact that the beginning of our stay in Rimini was very disapointing. What's more - as the hotel was closing a structure on Sunday, we've been moved to another hotel for a last night. Definately too many issues during 3 nights... I wouldnt recommend it.

i liked pretty much everything we experienced, the structure is looking freshly renewed and staff at the entrance has been very kind and helpful.

overall breakfast service was good, I didn’t like the fact that guest cannot serve themselves but have to wait a staff meme et to get served, that resulted in waiting time to get food

The staff is very welcoming. The breakfast was ok-ish, not many choices but it was ok.

This is not a 4 star hotel as rated in booking. We were asked to move at another hotel one day before our stay would end. We were not provided trasnport for this. The other hotel was also 4 start rated but everything there felt way older and used.

The hotel is in good walking distance from everything. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast rally really good.
