Beautiful room overall, nice staff, great location, awesome terrace and view with lounge chairs, matched description online (with a couple quirks as mentioned)

1. Breakfast was very poor and only included a croissant, yogurt, cappuccino and canned orange juice. Hot was extra. For this price point, and for it to list breakfast included, this was very surprising. 2. Unclear what makes this a suite as it's one room with a relatively small bathroom. 3. It felt extremely overpriced and basic things cost extra. To charge that amount then list a plastic bottle of water at 6 euro with none offered or hot breakfast as extras for example were surprising. 4. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, an old spring mattress without any type of foam topper.

We really appreciated our stay at the hotel. The older lady at reception was our favourite, she was so lovely and welcoming. We had a bit of a hiccup with our transfer to the airport at the end of our trip that is why I have deducted 1 point. However, other than that I have no complaints. We stayed in room 302 I believe which was really nice and clean with a gorgeous view. The bathroom is as nice and clean too. They gave us free internet to use on our stay which was nice of them, and our room was cleaned every night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

They advertise breakfast included. This should be removed as what was offered was not considered breakfast. They need to upgrade beds as they are as hard as a rock

The location was close to the bus stop. Family owned and very hospitable. Breakfast choices were good. Room was turned over everyday. The view was exceptional.

Breakfast was not good and expensive. We could never use the hot tub on the terrace. We tried twice, once the hot tub was covered, and the other time the host didn't allow us in. It says it has a bar, but it doesn't. It also says that it has a Spa and wellness center, but it doesn't. The service felt a bit weird as well... Personel at night was sleepy or not really good, and although the main Lady seemed nice at first, then I could kind of feel some tension in the reception every time we would pass by. I will not go again.

the property is beautiful, the views from the bedroom are stunning. very clean and comfortable

there is a massive language barrier. most people at the reception did not understand us at all which made it very inconvenient to get any recommendations, ask for help or many any request. one guy on the last day was very helpful and he helped us relocating our luggage from the airport which was missing for 4 days. other than that, the staff was very unhelpful but I believe that’s only because of the language barrier. we asked for a fork one night and they refused to give us the fork, we had to walk to a nearby restaurant and get one plastic fork. these are small instances but they really impact the CX especially when you call the place a 4 star luxury hotel and have paid a steep price.

Poor services at reception, with an extra surprise of the parking fees per day (60Eur for35 hours) Bad smell in the hotel, small bathroom. Far from city center and beach with no transportation. Not a. single attention though it was a honeymoon.... Definitely not a 4* Palazzo (still very pricey).

The staff aren’t friendly, upon check in I was asked for my card to pay. I wasn’t even asked ‘where are you from’ or anything. I felt like they were watching your every move in the hotel. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was in there. I was made to pay €15 to store bags after check out for 2 hours. The staff wanted your room key every-time you left the hotel, which I felt was strange. The bed was like sleeping on a rock.

These are thieves: I cannot find any other term As soon as we arrived (late in the evening), they had us pay twice the "tassa di seggiorno", which we naively did; They insisted that we had to pay that cash; Then they wanted us to pay "cash" the parking (60 Euros per night which is double the price of hotels in the surrounding); The breakfast was included in the price of the room in theory but that was a joke: we had to pay extras for everything; They proposed a "transportation service" to visit Pompei for 240 Euros. When we said "no thanks", they said that we could have a "special price"... When we were about to leave, they told us that the parking was actually 70 Euros per night .... I cannot think of any other word than "Thieves"

The hotel does not deserve 4 stars and the owner deserves jail

Beautiful property. prepare to be amazed. take a walk around outside it’s impressive. restaurant was the best I experienced in Italy. Driving there is intense if you’re not from Italy!

Everyone that works here is so kind and friendly and helpful. It is a delightful place with an amazing view. They brought breakfast directly to our room each morning, which was wonderful.

It's quite a trek to get down to the beach, but there is a bus and taxi service available.

location and view from our room was spectacular. Room size was great and balckney a plus. will book this hotel again. hotel had onsite parking which was a sought after commodity in Positano.
