Great location, right on the beach, with a large terrace, free sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests. Free parking at the property. Clean rooms and bathrooms, confortable bed and a very useful balcony. Extremely nice staff, friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet area, at a few minutes walk from tavernas and bars at the seaside, 10 minutes walk to the small but pitoresque center of Kissamos.

Best located to visit the southwest beaches ... the staff Is extremely kind and present ... breakfast was the best way to start the day ... George your orange pie is a real masterpiece !

Maybe the shower cabin should be upgraded ... and provide a shampoo & body gel kit will be an achievement.

1. It would be great to have more accessories in the room kitchen (even basic as knifes, forks, spoons, plates etc.) so one can do a fresh salat when return in the evening to the room. 2. I really like the environmental (and of course economical) measure that when some outdoor door or windows are open, it will cut out power from the AC and if you unplug the card from the on-wall holder, it will shutdown the power-plugs. But it would be nice if the plug for the refrigerator has exception for this - if you are all day out, in the evening things you want to keep it cool are really not and can easily get spoiled :(. And also, this turning on and off is really not good for the compressors so it can shorten the lifetime of the refrigerators.

It has an amazing view and a comfortable accommodation. The breakfast was amazing. They even packed us breakfast to-go which was really nice. The city centre is close by and has nearly everything you need for a nice stay.

The air conditioners in the room was not working properly and shower area was too tiny. Just a suggestion, they could offer some kitchen services like a bar for the rest of the day to chill at the beach.

The management/owners were very accommodating and caring about our special circumstances.

We originally planned to stay one night …but we loved it so much we stayed an extra 3 nights . Staff were more than great making us feel welcome and comfortable we even got some packed take away cake from Giorgios for our leaving journey. So totally recommend and the location was too to see beaches close by Falasarna and Elafonissi etc . The restaurants close by were also really good . Thank you to all staff for our wonderful stay .

it was a great location - on the beach and a 5 minute walk along the seafront to restaurants. the town was a 10 minute stroll. the staff we very friendly and attentive. the room was cleaned everyday. my room (108) had a large balcony facing the sea

The hotel is cast away from everything However, it does not mean it is quiet: it is stuck between an all-in with music and noise in the swimming pool all day long, and the stadium, with more noise and whistles and everything the whole afternoon until late Is is 10 minutes walking from the inhabited part if the beach but for the most of it there is not even street lights. There were some sheep grazing nearby

I thoroughly recommend this warm-welcoming hotel. The staff is keen and helpful. Ideal location to explore western Crete. Set on a quiet place by the sea, many taverns on the shore and Kissamos' centre can be reached by foot. Rooms are perfectly clean. Excellent breakfast.

Wonderful views - Comfortable rooms - West beaches are wonderful - Kissamos is a little pearl with delicious views and restaurants - Special breakfast and especially unique hosts (Irina and on top Georgios provided us with any information and help we needed during the whole stay), you really feel like home!

The room had an amazing view and the water front right outside the breakfast facility was stunning! The whole team has been very friendly and gave us great recommendations on what to do nearby (and even not so nearby). Would come back anytime!

A wonderful place to return to. A quiet and beautiful family run hotel, with the best service and politeness from the staff. An amazing and tasty breakfast, which you can eat on a cute terrace in front of the beach. The rooms were clean and neat, with comfy beds.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We were delighted by homemade cake when we arrived. The hotel is located by the sea, it’s also really close to very nice restaurants. I really loved the genuine vibe of the hotel. Really authentic and original place like from a movie.
