Absolutely stunning property in an amazing location.

Location of the property was excellent, right in the heart of Oia, close to all the main shops, restaurants and everything to see in Oia all within walking distance ! The hotel itself is excellent, from the facilities the rooms, the food , people and service it was 5 star from start to end and they truly made us feel special and welcome!!

The property is beautifully located above the caldera. The room was exceptionally comfortable. Views are breath taking. The facilities are exceptional and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. It was simply a 10+!

Everything was exceptional. One does need to be prepared to walk up and down some stairs in all of Santorini.

Very good location, sunset view, sea view in the balcony. The restaurant is also perfect, delicious cuisine and attentive services.

Beautiful location. Great staff. Delicious breakfasts. Nice bar and pool as well as personal hottub.

AC in our suite wasn’t strong enough to cool down the bedrooms sufficiently. This made sleeping quite uncomfortable. Staff congregated near our room early in the morning talking quite loudly which sometimes woke us up.

Fantastic views and staff were attentive! Location was great and cocktails amazing! We got upgraded and our room was INSANE! There was arrival drinks and a wine in our rooms! Felt very spoilt! The room had everything you needed and the hotel pool was lovely to.

I think the breakfast in the room could have been better, the options were vast but none were done really well just all average! Needs to be a bit to them and fancier for the price!!

This is not a complain but I saw a family with teenagers in the hotel but the hotel states Adults only.

fridge was very small and didnt do a good job of cooling, had a couple of issues that needed repairs in the room during our stay (leaking hot tub, air conditioning), also was expecting a plunge pool but we were given a large jacuzzi/hot tub instead

If you are willing to splurge and pay the price, get the Deluxe Suite and you will "never" leave during the time you are there. Beautiful view, private room, hot tub, pool, sunbeds and umbrella all yours with no interference from outside. Superlatives cannot be overused on this property, but the staff (Helen, Sara, Thomas and all the support staff) are incredibly friendly, cheerful, thoughtful, intuitive, and so well-choreographed; every service imagined starts early in the morning with one arriving to raise the umbrella, another arrives to wipe the morning dew off the table, breakfast arrives, fresh towels delivered (throughout the day!) and your day begins. Porters will carry your bags up and down the steps to your transportation. This attentiveness happens until after sunset when the umbrella is lowered and final towels arrive. Housekeeping comes to freshen the suite, sweep the patio, to tidy. I've never experienced anything like it. Location is everything, and if you really want to leave (don't do it!), str8 up the stairs is beautiful Oia. (We would go out in the morning before the heat, return, and then after sunset go out to enjoy the beautiful temperatures of the evening and a nice meal.) I recommend an early morning walk (5:00) because people start arriving for engagement/wedding photos at about 6:30. Tempting are the views so set the alarm to wake and enjoy the peacefulness.
